Hi Brett! We appreciate you taking the time out to leave us with your feedback and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us. We would like to mention that due to county policy we are required to service our pools daily, we do try to coordinate with our arrivals and departures as well as service pools at the most convenient time but sometimes we do have to come at different times throughout the day. We will also be sure to pass the information concerning the glass panel to the homeowners for future improvements. Otherwise we are glad that you and your group overall enjoyed your experience and we hope to have the chance to rent to you again in the future where I am confident we can provide a positive rental experience.
