The Silver House is the ideal base for a relaxing holiday in one of the most unspoilt corners of England at any time of year. You can stroll down to the nearby beaches, browse the galleries and gift shops of Marazion, or explore nearby St Ives, Penzance, Mousehole and everything the wonderful Land's End peninsula has to offer. Or you can simply stay at home, snuggle up with a book and enjoy the wonderful sea view. The cottage has been planned to make your holiday as comfortable as possible; it is spacious but feels cosy, and has a touch of contemporary style. It is well-equipped, with luxurious touches, such as white cotton bed linen and fluffy white towels, as well as wifi broadband. The Silver House has its own private parking space located 300m away. Please note that the changeover day is Saturday. We recently added a cute little patio outside the back door, with bistro table and chairs. You can catch the morning sun and look through the house to the sea!

Rooms with a view
Very good cottage with all needed facilities and comfort and a view to die for. Village nearby very attractive and parking space, although a bit of a walk, invaluable. Welcoming Church. Plenty to see and do with Minack a highlight.
Only downside was night storage heaters. Excellent for summer (off) and winter (on) but not good for slight chill in evenuing Nd morning. At previous cottage a electric fan heater helped a lot.
Comfortable and clean house. Great location and wonderful view of St Michael’s Mount.
Fantastic, well equipped property with the best views!
We had a fantastic stay in the cottage. It had everything we needed and it was hard to tear ourselves away from the views of St Michael’s Mount! It is a short walk to the centre of the village, beach and causeway and guaranteed parking close by is really useful. There are plenty of dvds and games for evenings in and we recommend the Fire Engine Inn for a meal or drinks out. The only negative for me was a slightly soft mattress on the double bed but that is personal preference! The view makes it all worth it!
Thanks Ann, so glad you enjoyed your stay!
Marizion Easter Break
Fantastic view-could have sat there all day looking out of the bay windows! House got everything you need apart from a shower that dribbbles rather than flows-other than that was a great place to stay and we’d love to go back one day.
Best view of Marazion!
Marazion is very nice. There are lots of visitors but it does not give a busy feeling. All the shops, restaurants, and café are good, especially the restaurant at the Mount Haven Hotel. The house itself is very good, best view every day of the Mount. It is clean and comfortable.
Thanks – we are so glad you enjoyed your stay in Marazion. And the view, of course.
The Silver House - Marazion
Fantastic view and well equipped house
Glad you enjoyed your stay, Kathy. We hope you'll come again!
Marazion beach is just five minutes walk and is perfect for bathing and for watersports. Other nearby beaches include Perranuthnoe (5 mins) by car, and Praa Sands (10 mins) as well as Porthcurno and Sennen.
A car is useful for exploring the area but not strictly necessary as there are regular buses to Penzance and St Ives from the bus stop 50 metres away.
Marazion has a handful of small shops and a good selection of pubs, restaurants and cafes as well as a brilliant deli.
