Great location for relaxed stay

We stayed here for four weeks for a geology fieldwork which it was a perfect base for. The house is great with a huge deck outside with a very nice, refreshing pool. I can support earlier claims that the beds are quite small. The master bed is 160 cm and the other two twin beds are 140 cm. We had two persons in the 160 cm beds, one each in the 140 cm beds, one person in the single bed and two on air matresses that we brought ourselves. This was fine as there was sufficient space in the bedrooms for extra matresses. Also note that there is not a lot to do for young people in Bedar. The kitchen is well equipped with a huge fridge and oven, but what we missed was a big wok-style pan for large portions of pasta sauce, etc. All in all a great house with all you need for a good price. Would recommend!

Lovely Villa breathtaking views.

Spotlessly clean thanks to Angela and Colin. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable clean beds, in fact comfortable throughout. Comfortable thick mattresses on outdoor sunbeds. If you want peace and tranquillity this is the spot. Must add a car is a necessity.You're about a twenty min drive from all restaurants and shops in Mojacar, although there is a bar (walking distance) in the village Which do food, they're closed Mon and Tues.This is not our first time in this breathtaking beauty and most certainly won't be our last.

Absolutely stunning!!

What a lovely villa very spacious and very well equipped with all you need. The terrace is massive and spreads around the whole villa plenty of lounges again well equipped with 2/3 inch think foam seat pads to add extra comfort. The villa had lovely fresh decor with all the lovely little homely touches with pictures furniture and ornaments made it feel a proper home from home. The rooms all had air con or large fans provided so can be kept cool always. Angela who met us at the villa on our arrival was very friendly and helpful and provided advice for places to visit and local restaurants and was always at the end of the phone if we needed her Then save the best for last the views just WOW!! Absolutely amazing cannot describe them in words they need to be seen to be believed but we watched the sunset sunrise and even the moon rise and the night sky was just as stunning just absolutely incredible was such a perfect holiday stay and can't wait to revisit!! Thankyou

"La Cresta a gem in El Pinar"

The first and noticeable thing in this villa is the light and brightness inside. Spotlessly clean inside and out,including the pool,thanks to Angela and Colin.Comfortable furniture inc beds,and exceptionally well equipped. I must mention the comfortable thick sun bed cushions too,which in our opinion is important when spending time relaxing outside. All in all a fantastic base for peace and tranquility,with a fifteen to twenty minute drive to beach,restaurants and shops.We will most certainly be booking next year.A further mention of Angela and Colin lovely couple who we found to be, helpful and efficient during our pleasant stay. Darryl and Mary Sorry a must state! Fantastic views ..

Relaxing & quiet.

We have just spent 9 days in this spacious,comfortable & spotlessly clean villa. The views are amazing & if you're looking for peace & quiet this is the place to be. Unfortunately the only bar/restaurant in the village is now closed & up for sale.

Property was perfect for all our needs.

Property was perfect for us, nice and clean when we arrived. Angela was a great help and a source of local places to eat and visit. Pool was lovely and clean, with plenty of recliners around the pool. Very friendly locals in the village, who were very willing to share local information with us which made exploring the area much easier.

Relax unwind and enjoy the views ❤

We absolutely loved our holiday here. We stayed for 9 nights and I wish we had stayed longer. On arrival the house was absolutely spotless and very well equipped with all you need in the kitchen, nice tv, games and lots more. Outside the terrace and good sized pool are a perfect place to unwind and then there's the view ....wow!! There's lots to see and do in the area and if you are a fan of cycling check out the bike routes in the area, the one to the top of bedar is a good challenge. Thanks from all of us. David, Jill, Emma & Sam.

Beatiful, peaceful, quaint and well-equiped villa

A friend and I stayed at the villa at the end of May for a couple of days peace and R+R... and boy did it fulfil its purpose! A beautiful, quaint place nestled in this scenic hills of the picture-esque village of El Pinar. Just a 20 min car drive to the beach and bustling sea-front filled with bars and restaurants. A 15-20 minute walk to the neigbouring Los-Gallardos or a 15 min drive to Bedar. The villa itself was clean and well equipped; excellent wifi, pool and kitchen utensils should you wish to have a cosy night in. Will definitely be returning and thank you Adele for your hospitality!

Peaceful beautiful villa, don't miss out, we'll be back. You will need a car, supermarket near to the beach. Fantastic local markets. Just sit back and enjoy the views and pool. Owner is very friendly and contact was easy, responding to emails promptly. I would like to thank the owner for making the villa available.

High quality get away far enough from the hustle of Mojacar Playa but close enough for convenience.

The property is beautifully furnished and well maintained, and for us was a real home from home. It was spotless when we arrived. The bed was comfortable (not always the case with rentals) and the kitchen was the best stocked in terms of crockery, pans and utensils that we've experienced. Air con worked perfectly. Outside there was a large patio area and whilst the pool isn't huge, it's ample to take a dip to cool off. The views from the patio of Mojacar Pueblo and the surrounding area and coastline are amazing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and thank the owners for doing all they could to make us welcome and enjoy our holiday.

Relaxing getaway in great villa with amazing views

We have just returned from a great break spent in this lovely villa. The property was immaculately clean and came equipped with everything required. The outside space is perfect with panoramic views of the coast and mountains to the front as well as a patio to the rear overlooking the cactus garden. There are many good restaurants within a shorts drive and we tried recommendations left by the owner. If you want a relaxing holiday in peaceful, comfortable surroundings then look no further.

A delightful villa located in a perfect location

My husband and I decided on an early vacation this year. We couldn't have wished for a better location. The position of the villa overlooking the valley, mountains and coastline was breathtaking. English management were close at hand and ran through areas of interest and recommended restaurants when we arrived. The villa itself was spotless and furnished very well, The area itself had a lot to offer with superb restaurants and bars nearby with the local bar/restaurant just a 5 minute stroll. The villa ticked all of our boxes and we would definitely hope to return.

We are Julian and Adele Moss and we own a property development and rentals company in Liverpool. We purchased the villa from new over 17 years ago, enjoying many family holidays with our three children who are now young adults. We travel extensively therefore only use the villa occasionally and rent it out to help cover our costs in having a property abroad. We are confident you will enjoy the beautiful views, stunning sun sets/sunrises, country walks where nature is bountiful. We have witnessed Ibex roaming freely and tortoises, with the smell of pines and lavender in the air. A plus point for us, is the amazing, authentic food in many local restaurants with prices around 25% less than more touristic locations.
The villa is set in an elevated location , which is private but not remote as there are many nearby towns accessible within a short drive.

Immaculately clean.
The views are to die for and provide a stunning back drop of the sea and mountains. The villa is on one level, tastefully but simply furnished, providing plenty of space for a couple or family to enjoy a holiday in a beautiful unspoiled location.
The terrace in front of the villa is the perfect location to sunbathe or dine al fresco. There are many fabulous, authentic Spanish restaurants within a short drive such as the Miramar in Bedar the next village.
Comfortable lounger pads provided for sunbeds.
Good wifi.
Uk TV channels provided.
A complentary bottle of wine, water, hand soap, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets provided.
