Newly furnished and decorated apartment in the West End of Aberdeen. Short let or weekly stay for a business trip, family or city visits with 3 Bedroom, spacious lounge, big kitchen with dining table, free Wi-Fi (fibre optic), garden and free on street parking.

A Spacious Self Contained Period Apartment forming part of a terrace of fine granite homes in a lovely tree lined crescent in Rosemount. The property has a private and well lit secure main door access and compromises of three large double bedrooms (one with ensuite), a very large lounge with bay window c/w real wood burning stove, bathroom with bath/shower and lovely big kitchen with dining table with six chairs. The bedrooms are set up as 1 x double bedroom and 2 x twin bedrooms (one with ensuite). The bedrooms each have a dresser/desk suitable for computer use. The rear private garden has a bench/table for eating out in the summer and a shared drying area.

Welcome pack of essential groceries will be provided on arrival. Any other specific items can be provided as long as they are ordered in advance. Weekly cleaning with fresh sheets & towels provided.

The apartment is within an easy walking aprrox 10-15 mins distance of the city centre and easy access to different bus routes to the business centres of Aberdeen. Aberdeen Royal Infirmary at Foresterhill is about an 8 - 10minute walk.
There is a Co-op, butcher, fishmonger, pharmacy, bank, pub, restaurant, cafe, cheese shop and Oddbins all within a two minute walk of the apartment. Westburn and Victoria parks c/w indoor and outdoor tennis courts are about a 5minute walk.
Note the apartment can be rented out for shorter term or long term leases if required. A folding bed can be provided for a seventh person if required.

The flat is not suitable for Stag or Hen Parties.

Great place!

Very nice and comfortable house in nice Aberdeen neighborhood. Walking distance to a grocery store, good restaurants, and a nice large park. The unit was spacious and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location and awesome property!

The location is great for walking to all the sites. There is a grocery store around the block. Check-in was easy and Koi left us some milk in the fridge and snacks which was much appreciated. Beds were good with comfortable mattresses. Highly recommend!

Quiet location with nice yard and proximity to restaurants.

Space, beautiful space!

After two weeks in a very cozy but small apartment in Edinburgh we felt the need to spread out, enjoy some space and do some laundry. This elegant whole-floor apartment suited perfectly. It was so comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. A lovely neighborhood and walkable (or a short cab ride) to the city centre. Could easily accommodate 6 guests but we loved having the breathing space to ourselves. Highly recommend.

Koiā€™s home is in the most perfect area! Parks, shopping, restaurants, all convenience walkable. Her home was beyond our expectations, cozy, comfortable and the garden is simply stunning! Her hospitality was over and above for us well, we needed a extra desk - next day arrived! And the welcome food basket was the icing on the cake! Truly Koi and her home made our first experience of Aberdeen memorable and feel like home.

Great, quiet apartment to stay in the city

This apartment is very conveniently situated, on Rosemount, with Coop around the block and opened until 8pm, a Godsend. There is a hairdresser 2 minutes away as well. There is a chese shop, a fishmonger, liquorstore and restaurants nearby. Perfect for organising your life. The apartment itself is vast, with 3 bedrooms and a pleasant living room. My sole worry is the kitchen, very cold and somewhat dark. The old windows would need to be new, double panned to keep the draft away. I was planning to organise a family dinner there but backed out because it felt so chilly. If the flat was mine, I would replace the wooden kitchen door leading to garden by a double panned glass door to bring in some much needed light. With some renovation it would be really nice because the kitchen has all the needed amenities and tools. The owners were also very kind to provide milk and cakes upon arrival. They were very accomodating during our whole stay and super prompt in their communication. Parking was great too. The neighbourhood is a safe one in Aberdeen. So, all in all, it was a very good stay and I would recommend it.

Very central location for a stay in Aberdeen

Koi is an excellent host. She met us at the apartment, showed us around and gave us good information about the local area. There are two bus stops close by and the trip into central Aberdeen is only about 15 minutes. House was warm and is quite large. Beds are very comfortable.

Lovely flat and an interesting town

We were six and we had lots of fun in Aberdeen. The flat was really nice and modern. Our son loved the large living-room and the bedroom he shared with his grandma. Everything was totally alright.

Authentic, central yet quiet

Authentic Aberdonian home on wonderfully quiet peaceful street. Great rooms, plenty of space and clearly loved. Two minutes to park(s) for the kids, five minutes for food and all other necessities, town centre very pleasant ten minutes, all on foot. Great place to explore Aberdeen and the surrounding area from, lots of different things to do within a 45 minute drive (or a ten minute walk).

Lovely house in good location

We stayed here for a few nights to attend a friends wedding. The house is very spacious and well kitted out it. It had everything we needed in it. The house was clean and the owner had provided us with a welcome pack with bread and milk. The location is good. Its not far from the city centre and has two lovely large parks within 5 minutes walking distance. There is a selection of small shops just around the corner including a co-op. Koi the owner is very friendly and was very accommodating. The house also has a nice garden. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Aberdeen.

Lovely property - a real home from home.

This is a lovely property in a very convenient location with nice shops and cafes just a short walk away. It is very clean, comfortable and well maintained and the owner was really friendly and helpful. Myself and my family were visiting Aberdeen for my daughter's graduation and this was a perfect base for us to get around the city from. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property.
