Mallorcan traditional villa situated in the heart of the Pollensa countryside. Located in a very quiet area near the Golf Club Pollensa and from approximately 3 km distance from the Old Town. The house, built in two levels comprises 3 double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms and it has space enough for 6 people. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned. As well we find a modern fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, vitro ceramic cook top, electric oven and all necessary appliances. Inside kitchen there is a dinning area with table and chairs. Good size lounge room with fireplace, a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. Outside the house there is a nice covered terrace with outside furniture ideal for enjoy alfresco meals in in summer time. Barbecue area. The villa features a stunning infinity pool which is set amongst established gardens where you can enjoy views of the surrounding countryside.


Owner profile: We are a family that have this villa since long time ago. My father, Guillem, inherited the finca from his parents and it was a very old house with a plot of land. As he was a builder, now he is retired, he was working in the finca during the weekends and also during the afternoons and he built the real house step by step, alone with no help of any other person. He really built a very nice house with a lot of love and patience. He now does the garden, maintenance and pool. He really loves the place and enjoys spent his time there. My mother, Catalina, has decorated the villa in a Mallorquin style and she is in charge of the cleaning and the laundry. My sister and myself have a lot of memories of the finca because we grown up there between trees and nature. We really love the finca.

Owner profile: My father inherited the property from his parents. For this reason, we love the finca very much because it is a place with lots of memories, stage events. It has been a place where my sister and myself grown up and played with cousins and friends. And also it has been a place where we have shared a very nice moments with other members of the family and friends. Now, our children, enjoyed the place and they really like to go and spend a day in the finca playing, swimming in the pool, running on the fields...and going for a walk in the area. There is some animals around like horses, sheep, chickens and the children really enjoy to view and feed them.

It is a place located in a very peaceful area. You donĀ“t have any noise even during the night or the day. The only noise is the noise of the birds, the sheep bells and the cock crow when you wake up in the morning. You are surrounded by fields, trees and nature. It is located at about 5km from PollenƧa town which is 5 minutes by car. The pool and the garden is located in a very sunny area during all day. There is a BBQ area located by the pool where you can enjoy al fresco meals. The area is now as Can Puig and there is other villas around itĀ“s not an isolated place but it is very tranquil. We offer you a variety of fruits, vegetables and eggs that the finca provided us and the only thing that it is important for us is that you feel as in your own house. And if itĀ“s not just let us know.

Lovely place

The house and the garden is functioning very well. Everything is very well maintained and clean. Very nice spots in the garden for sun as well as shadow. Very nice pool. The connection between the house/kitchen works very well. Car needed indeeed. 10 minutes drive to Pollenca old town. Very easy to get to the house from Palma. We do not think the pictures in the presentation of the house show how nice a place this is (except for the sleeping rooms). The family owning the house is very kind.

Mais nous avons Ć©tĆ© cambriolĆ©s Ć  la guardia civile le propriĆ©taire a dĆ©clarĆ© quā€™il yā€™avait beaucoup de vols dommage quā€™il ne nous lā€™ai pas dit avant nous aurions planquĆ© nos affaires. Vol de parfum 3 iPad un ordinateur des habits des dessous de femmes. En plus il nā€™Ć©tait pas assurĆ© contre le vol et aucune de nos assurances ne nous couvraient y compris Abritel. Sans cette terrible dĆ©convenue les vacances Ć©taient merveilleuses et les propriĆ©taires supers sympa

Communication with the owner was good. Was let in a little bit earlier The clothes airer broke while we were renting and we had a new one the next day On arrival wine fruit water eggs Villa is on a little road off the main road into Pollensa. (From Palma) You MUST have a car. Space for x2 cars to park under some trees Villa down a gated drive Kitchen fully loaded. So many pots pans glasses plates etc A/C was good unit in each bedroom. Veranda area kept the house a bit cooler. Nice to sit out at night Lovely shower outside. Enjoyed using that. x2 inside as well Pool was great steps in 2mts at deep end amazing views. You are in the middle of fields if you are prone to get bit you will do here. But a small price to pay. Outside BBQ

Eine traumhaft schƶne Villa in einer der schƶnsten Ecken der Insel. Das wunderschƶne Pollenca ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt, das Meer und jede Menge lohnenswerte AusflĆ¼ge alle in KĆ¼rze erreichbar. GroƟes, ruhiges Anwesen, schƶner Pool (ausreichend groƟ fĆ¼r 2 Grundschulkinder), viele Sitz- und Liegemƶglichkeiten, gepflegt, sauber und einfach nur gemĆ¼tlich. Joana und ihre Eltern sind jederzeit erreichbar und kĆ¼mmern sich um alles! Man fĆ¼hlt sich wie zu Hause, nur in wƤrmer und schƶner... :) Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub in PollenƧa

Wir fahren zu fĆ¼nft letzten Sommer in der traumhaften Finca zu Gast. Die Fotos werden der RealitƤt nicht gerecht, da es in der Tat viel schƶner ist! Die schƶne Gartenanlage, die tolle Auffahrt, der Ausblick auf die Berge, der gepflegte Pool. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr schƶne Zeit und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sehr schƶn und ruhig gelegen, ein Platz zum Erholen

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war genau wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man hat den schƶnen Garten mit Swimmingpool ganz fĆ¼r sich und kann sich gut erholen,

Lovely Peaceful Villa

Very nice house in a rural setting

Our family of 3 adults and 2 kids spent almost 3 weeks in villa Reynes (June 18-July 7). Location is excellent, less than 10 min. drive to Pollenca center. Note that the location is slightly different from that on the site's map. The house is set in a beautiful rural landscape, among olive and fruit orchards, very private. The house is a typical finca, tastefully decorated, and with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable vacation. There is a large pool, much enjoyed by the children. The caretakers were very nice and maintained the villa in an impeccable state of cleanliness. They provided us with fresh eggs, fruit and vegetables. We had a very good time and would certainly like to return.

Beautiful villa in gorgeous location

Family holiday of 2 adults & 4 teenage/ young adult children. Villa Reynes was just as described and was the nicest villa we have stayed in our visits to Spain and the Balearics. It was well laid out, extremely comfortable, beautifully furnished and immaculately clean both inside & out. The gardens and views were lovely and we spent many days relaxing by the pool enjoying the peace & tranquility. The villa is located only a few minutes drive to Pollensa where there are many lovely restaurants and shops. Supermarkets are also close by and the kitchen and dining facilities enabled lovely meals on the terrace. The owner Joana was extremely efficient in dealing with our booking & further communications and her family were very welcoming and helpful on arrival to the villa. Lovely touches such as the fresh produce & and the twice weekly towel changes were very much appreciated. We would highly recommended the villa & would most certainly stay again if visiting Majorca.

Perfect Family Break

We stayed at Villa Reynes for a week. We travelled as a family of four adults and two children and the villa was the perfect size. Villa Reynes is exactly as seen in the pictures and is in the most peaceful location yet just a short drive to Pollensa. The layout of the villa was perfect with one of the double bedrooms on the ground floor which is ideal if travelling with older family as we did. The villa is extremely clean and well maintained and everything has been thought of. The children loved the pool and the garden was beautiful with an array of flowering plants. The owner was very efficient in dealing with our booking before our arrival and made us feel extremely welcome whilst we were there, providing us with delicious home made jam, olive oil, eggs and fruit. We would love to return to Villa Reynes and would fully recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

We booked this property at the very last minute. Joana was very helpful and accommodating. The property was exactly as described and suited us perfectly. My wife is in a wheelchair. Joana arranged for a ramp to be built to enable access to the garden and pool. I would not hesitate in recommending to others.

Heaven on Earth

My husband and I spent two weeks in Reynes Villa in June 2009. I can say without doubt that it was the most wonderful villa we have ever stayed in in Mallorca - and probably in Europe. It was immaculately clean both inside and outside. The infinity pool was an added bonus with it's stunning views across the mountains. The pool was almost unbeivably clean and fresh. The owners were very helpful and friendly, the gardens were beautiful. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the villa to anyone at all.

Idyllic Holiday Retreat

Our family came across this jewel of a villa in 2009, returned in 2010 and are already booked to go back again this year. The villa is in a peaceful location and the Reynes family do everything possible to ensure you feel welcome. The villa is extremely well maintained and equipped, with beautiful outdoor areas and a fantastic infinity pool. We can't wait to get back to Villa Reynes this year!!

Family retreat

We rented this villa in the summer of 2010 and found it to be excellent. The house is set in beautiful, peaceful gardens and the pool is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. My husband and I and our 2 teenagers had plenty space both inside and outside the house and there is a lovely shaded verandah area overlooking the pool and garden. The house was very clean and had all the equipment we needed, as well as modern appliances in the kitchen. Pollensa is a beautiful town with lovely shops, market and restaurants and the golf course nearby is very nice too and I would highly recommend it.

Family Holiday

When we first arrived at Villa Reynes we were all speechless. It was so beautiful and just took our breath away. The villa itself was very clean and tidy and had everything you would need for a relaxing holiday and a wonderful basket of fruit from their orchard waiting for us. The infinity pool was well used especially by our grandson who was at the time 28 months old and he just loved it. The villa is in the countryside nice and peacefull but only a drive away from the most beautiful beaches and Restaurants and near to the golf course for my husband, son and son-in-law to enjoy a game of golf and us women to have time to relax by the pool while our grandson has a well deserved sleep. We hope to go back again this year. I can highly recommend Villa Reynes and the Reynes family for being so kind to us and I have to say this was one of the best family holidays in a long time.

Just what the doctor ordered!

The villa is a couple of miles out of the town down a small road and is really quiet. The property was very clean and well maintained - and exactly as described. The accommodation was excellent and the ability to eat and cook outside in some style lent a lot to the atmosphere. The garden is very nice and overlooks an orchard. Other houses are a little distance away so you have no issue with the neighbours. The Reynes family look after everything including the garden and do everything to make you feel very welcome. Pollensa itself is a charming small town with a magical central square that is all but pedestrianised. The restaurants and little shops, all local and 'non-chain', were splendid. It was our first time to the east of the island but we'll back very soon.

Years later, our father ā€˜Guillemā€™ built Villa Reynes step by step with his own hands. The small house that we knew in the past became a beautiful and lovely home. Nowdays he and our mother Catalina take care of the Villaā€™s mantenience to keep it always perfect and ready. And our chlildren enjoy as we did in the past.
