Town Center vacation rentals

Beautiful, spacious, fully equipped, recently remodeled home right off Lighthouse in PG. we stayed here with our 2 kids and felt like we had plenty of space and everything we needed. The home was fully stocked and spotless. Would stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a terrific property. Super location in downtown Pacific Grove three blocks from the ocean and near restaurants and shops. Super clean and well stocked with everything you need. Close to Monterey Aquarium and Old Monterey and 17 Mile Drive. Pacific Grove is laid back and quiet compared to Carmel and Monterey and usually has plenty of street parking and ocean side parking. No air conditioning but you don’t need it as it’s plenty cool and comfortable using open windows. Some people might need sleep masks as there are not blackout shades and street lights filter through the current shades. These units are relatively new with nice furniture and kitchen. A great month in June.

The location is fantastic—close to restaurants and shops downtown, the beach, and the marketS. You can easily walk to Lover's Point in about five minutes.The house is clean and has almost everything you need. The kitchen is well-equipped and comfortable. There are three rooms upstairs, and when my family visited, they were able to stay in each one. Parking space is small and fits only a small sedan, but it’s still very convenient to have. Staying at this house made my time in Monterey comfortable and made it feel like home!

A lovely small cottage with generous outdoor space and views of the bay. Close enough to be convenient to the things you want to see yet not in the middle of the bustle. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a bright, comfortable, & cozy cottage.

It was a perfect home away from home. Plenty of space. Has all the amenities you need. Fabulous location across the street from Lovers Point!

Having retreated to Pacific Grove for many year, it was a pleasure staying in the historic Holman Building. The condo has everything you would want during your stay. Everything is a pleasant walk away and the building safe and well kept. Sanctuary Vacation rentals were easy and very responsive to questions and protocol. Will definitely plan our next stay with Sanctuary and hopefully Sweet Thursday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped and there was plenty of space for our family. The hosts were very helpful and attentive. We also enjoyed the location: close to the busier side of Monterey or the relaxing town and coastline of Pacific Grove.
