Gorgeous Apartment With Some Issues

During check-in, Maria (who is wonderful) reviewed all smart controls, which there are many of. I suggest they be in writing, as there are SO many, and it is very confusing. The pool is a plus, but, while we were in it we noticed white water mold (which is caused by poor pool maitenance) throughout. When I told Mike, he blamed us for causing the mold by playing with the filter. Mike and I yelled at each other in disagreement, as there was no way we could have caused mold to form within the first day of our arrival and no one touched the filter. I have never been yelled at by a host- extremely unprofessional. After our conversation, Mike did shock the pool and tried to remove all signs of mold. The property is not beach front as advertised. It took us 20-25 minutes if walking to reach the beach, crossing busy streets and walking through construction zones. We were also blammed for filling the pool with sand even though we showered after the beach. They blamed us for throwing away a piece of the coffee maker, which wasn't there when we arrived. Overall, we did enjoy our time in Bat Yam but will not stay at this apartment again.

Best VRBO ever

This is absolutely the best apartment for a family. We had the best time and best experience with the property manager Maria! She was super helpful and sweet. The booking process was simple, check in was seamless and check out process beyond easy! The apartment is super clean and has everything you need. The pool and the pool level is just right. The apartment comes with a gas grill as well! There is a super market super close, restaurants, a special beach and shopping as well. Easy to operate and the AC is super cold! The kitchen is well appointed and just great. The terrace view is awesome. We had the best time and will definitely be back! Washer and dryer came in super handy as well!

Perfect Bat Yam Location

Clean and very modern. A bit too much of a smart home for us. Location was great. About two blocks from the beach. The private rooftop pool was a treat. Owner was available 24/7 for any questions. A great place to relax.

Amazing Penthouse, breathtaking and perfect!

It’s hard to describe how beautiful, modern, and luxurious this apartment is. We were a group of 9, from kids to grandparents and had so much space. The elevator to the pool is the coolest thing. The views are spectacular whichever way you look! The hosts really make you feel at home but are always available for questions. Maria their housekeeper helped us too and she is awesome. There are fantastic playgrounds and the beach is right nearby. We felt like the luckiest people getting to stay there and highly recommend booking if you can! Thank you to our hosts Oranit and Mike!

As advertised, great location short walk to the beach, beautiful views, spacious and clean. Close enough to Tel Aviv. Owners were kind and responsive. It was perfect for our family of six !

Fantastic stay

Mike was wonderful. He met us upon check in walked us through the whole place and instructed us on everything. The penthouse was spectacular fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and very clean. Views for miles throughout the property. We will definitely be staying again

The best place I have ever stayed at

Mike's place is absolutely stunning. The views are incredible and spam all the way across Tel Above to the beaches. The private pool on the rooftop was also unbelievable. The place was spacious, modern, and clean. A highlight of our trip to Israel was staying in this place! Note that Mike will walk you through how to operate some of the functions of the home up front.

Great time in Israel

The unit was everything as advertised - large, roomy, comfortable. The private pool area was great. Bat Yam itself has a wonderful beach area just steps away. It is a short cab or bus ride to old Jaffa or central Tel Aviv. The hosts were attentive to our every need and anything we needed was a short walk away. A great space with great hosts

Bat Yam Condo

Overall the apartment is spectacular. It is spacious, clean, has the most amazing views of the ocean on one side and all of Tel Aviv on the other side. The private pool was a big plus for our group as the kids would jump in after long, hot days at the beach or sightseeing. There is an elevator in the apartment to go up to the pool which the kids thought was the coolest thing ever. The hosts were gracious, kind and attentive. The only feedback I would provide is for an apartment that can fit up to 12 people, it needs to be better stocked. There was only a few pieces of Tupperware for us to take to the beach, there was ONE wooden spoon to cook with, ONE big knife to cut watermelon, etc and it was not sharp at all, only TWO kitchen towels, we were told we could only get 2 rolls of paper towels for the week (these are about half the size of Costco) and would need to buy more if we wanted more, there were no tissues anywhere in the apartment, and there were not enough electrical outlets to charge phones, etc. in the kitchen and bedrooms. Most of these things can be easily fixed. These things may seem petty, but it made our stay a little more inconvenient that it needed to be when we had to share the wooden spoon when cooking, couldn’t take everything we needed to the beach, had to launder the kitchen towels because we didn’t have enough paper towels. The expectation is higher when the price point is as high as it was.

Paradise in BatYam

Exceptional and luxurious

A wonderful Penthouse and exceptional owners. I don't even know where to start as I leave this house with a positive appreciation. a breathtaking view, impeccable cleanliness, an exceptional secure swimming pool. Throughout the stay Mike was very caring at any time of the day or night. It appears as if by magic as soon as it is called in less than 2 minutes. I just regret not being able to stay longer. Thank you for this stay!

Passover in the Bat Yam Penthouse

We had a great experience. The house was clean, and the hosts were extremely responsive to any questions (Maria was awesome!). The location is excellent, with quick access to the beach and boardwalk, and the views are stunning. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay in Tel Aviv (Bat Yam)

This property is actually even better than I imagined. First, the host is exceptional and you can tell Mike is genuinely concerned with your comfort and convenience and greets you like you are staying at an exclusive resort. Next, the home itself is on the top floor of a 24 story high rise overlooking a gorgeous beach. The unit actually is 2 stories with it’s own private pool sitting on the very top of the penthouse and an internal elevator to transport you up and down from the main living area of the penthouse to the pool and breakfast area on the roof. One entire side of the place is a wall of window/glass doors overlooking the beach with a huge outdoor green turf deck area, and trust me the views are epic. I can’t say enough positive things about this host and his property, truly remarkable!

Exactly as advertised

Beautiful apartment. Great location. Management was very responsive. The upstairs private pool and lounge area was perfect for entertaining. The beach is really close. We were even able to do a movie night in the living room. Beat of all was just sitting on the porches watching sunset and the waves.

What a wonderful property!

We spent three days at this property, just relaxing and enjoying everything. The home was super comfortable, the pool and decks were amazing and the location is right near the beach - really great for a relaxing time. We hope to be able to return in the future!

Amazing vacation

Visited this property with my entire family. Really is an amazing property. Pictures are real! Mike and his team were always available with a smile to help in any way they could. Very spacious and comfortable. The outdoor space was a lot of fun. Kids spent hours playing in the pool. Also located across from seperate beach which benefited my family. Amazing Vacation

We as a family had a tremendous time at Mike’s place. Modern, clean, spacious and well kept. Kids loved it, both onsite pool and proximity to the beach assisted in really putting this place over the top. The housekeeper Maria was available for anything we needed, especially when it came to helping out with the Shabbat logistics. Highly recommended

I love this penthouse

I love this property! This penthouse apartment is one of the best places to stay in Tel Aviv. Very spacious, clean and convenient. Exactly as described in the pictures. Mike was an amazing host.
