Lägg ut på din privata strand på morgonen. Kajak i din trädgård på den sällsynta kustdynsjön Camp Creek på eftermiddagen. Lindra dagen på din privata brygga, precis i tid för att se solen gå ner på 30A: s sockersanddyner.

Denna helrenoverade moderna bungalow har helt nya apparater och möbler designade för lågmälda familjer som gillar enkla, bekväma och väskfria strandresor.

Det bästa är dock platsen. Du är några steg från din egen privata strand, vilket gör det enkelt att ställa in för dagen och sedan gå tillbaka till lunch eller snacks. Om du föredrar fiske, paddleboarding eller kajakpaddling, gå utanför i din trädgård - detta hem är lakefront med sin egen privata brygga och paddleboard / kajak lansering på Camp Creek Lake, en sällsynt kustdyn som bryter (öppnar) i havet. Ligger SÖD om 30A (vilket betyder att det inte finns några trafikerade vägar att korsa) i ett säkert, lugnt område, kan dina barn cykla runt cirkeln eller ta 30A cykelvägen till närliggande Seaside, Alys, Watersound eller Rosemary Beach.

Vi utformade hemmet för att rymma två familjer. Det finns två master sviter med KING sängar - en på övervåningen, en ner. Var och en har utsikt över sjön, skjutdörrar till trädgården, fulla bad med dubbla fåfängar (badkar / dusch) och TV-apparater.

Den nedre våningssängen rum har 2 FULL (övre) och 2 QUEEN (nedre) våningssängar som sover 8. En tredje hall badrummet ligger i anslutning till våningssalen rum med dubbla fåfängar, tvättmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek och badkar / dusch. Hallbunkern har ytterligare två TWIN-sängar för att rymma 14 (vi annonserar utrymme för endast 13 eftersom en tvillingvåning inte är en standard tvillingstorlek 70 "lång istället för 75").

Vardagsrummet är på övervåningen med ett kombinerat vardagsrum / kök med bekväma, överdimensionerade sektionssoffor och stolar, 55 "TV med satellit och alla filmkanaler, ett barområde, köksö, matbord med avtagbart blad) och allt kök bekvämligheter du vill ha på semester. Dessutom finns det en ny gasgrill för utomhusgrillar.

Vi tillhandahåller inte paraplyer, stolar, cyklar eller kajaker men våra finns på plats som kan användas. Vi har fyra stolar, två paraplyer, fyra strandkryssare (inga hjälmar) och 3 kajaker (3 vuxna och 3 flytvästar också på fastigheten). Alla cyklar, surfbrädor och paddelbrädor finns tillgängliga via närliggande återförsäljare. Vi kan erbjuda återförsäljare på begäran.

Fantastic Spring Break

This home was perfect for blending two families. The adults had separate space and the cousins loved sharing the bunk room. The large comfy spaces were perfect for our group of 10. So many amenities and easy access to the beach inside the neighborhood.

Excellent location for access to the beach and Camp Creek lake. Beach was not crowded and the beach chairs and umbrella were easy to use. Loved going out on the lake as well. Lots of nearby places to eat and shop.

Fantastic

Just the little getaway that my family needed. Throughly enjoyed our time and the house. The dune lake access was a major bonus, my husband, my self and our 3 daughters loved it. Fabulous location!

My family of four had a wonderful week while staying at this great home! The owner, Heidi, was the best we've ever dealt with while on vacation! The place had everything you could ask for: paddle board, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs + umbrellas, outdoor shower, fire pit, and a wagon to haul everything to and from the beach! And for those who like waffle makers and crockpots, the place has those too! Our favorite part was the privacy of the beach and how few people were there during the busiest week of the year! We would definitely stay here again!!

It was a very pleasant stay, we stayed there for a night and everything was well organized. Host is very prompt in answering your question and doubts. It would be better if we can keep the backyard bit cleaner too. It was full of leaves.

Quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay, although it looks like a long walk to the beach, it’s actually quite quick. Most of it was shaded which was nice for the high 90’s we experienced that week. We enjoyed the kayaks and my son loved the surf board. He spent most of the week learning to catch a wave. Hope to return next year, thank you.

Bachelorette Party

We were mesmerized by how whimsical and cozy each room felt. All the ladies slept beautifully in their beds. The private neighborhood access provided a breath taking view of the sun setting on the ocean. We were lucky enough to witness a full moon over the ocean during our stay. The town was charming and we honestly couldn't say enough kind things about the host. Thank you for allowing us to occupy your property during this very special time.

Great Property!

The property and location is amazing. Property manager was very helpful, kind and prompt. I would like to see them add more utensils and other kitchen items (eating utensils are almost all gone, need pizza cutter and additional spatulas). That would be a great addition/change I would make. We have stayed in Pelican Circle for 7 years and will definitely be back. I’m excited about the renovation being made.

Perfect Property for Families!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this lovely property. Well appointed accommodations with everything you need for a perfect vacation. We loved the location as it was close enough to restaurants and entertainment venues (The Hub is just a five minute bike ride away), but still very private and away from the typically crowded "beach scene" of surrounding areas. The private dock on the lake is FANTASTIC as we were able to kayak/paddle board from the house to the beach every morning. The beach is pristine and private; a welcomed respite from the overcrowded beaches of four row deep chairs. Absolutely perfect. The house is tastefully decorated with modern decor without being fussy so the entire family--including pets--can enjoy the amenities and relax in an upscale property as if it's your own and not a rental. The added amenities of kayaks and bikes is a rarity and provide many opportunities for hours of family fun. The owners were so EASY to work with and I felt were genuinely concerned with our happiness and needs during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay there again for many years to come!

How could it get much better!!!

This rental is one of the best we have ever stayed in! The house is so adorable. It's equipped with EVERYTHING you need to have an awesome vacation. The neighborhood is safe for kids to ride bikes around without the worry of traffic from 30A. Speaking of bikes....their are 6 bikes, 3 kayaks, a SUP and a surfboard for beach and lake use. The toys were an amazing amenity to the property. Sitting on the dock in the morning drinking coffee with the sunrise and again at night with wine and a fire for sunset was just awesome. We've not been able to have all these amenities without lots of extra rental fees and set up in the past. You'll feel spoiled! The Hub is less than a mile away for happy hour and music and don't forget your right in the middle of 30A! Head to Rosemary or Seaside for shopping and lunch. The beach......beautiful and super easy to get to. The advertisement does not lie when they say how easy it is. 100% Impressed! Will rent again if it's available.

Extremely disappointing

There was no toilet paper for our group of 9 women! When I reached out to the host she told me she'd get in touch with housekeeping but I never heard back - we had to DoorDash toilet paper at our expense. One of the 'beds' is just a mattress on the floor! built to look like a bunk bed. After I returned home she charged me 300 for damage without any proof, picture or receipt for repairs. After three calls and hours of my time to VRBO Customer Service over the course of 2 weeks I got no resolution. Despite her being non-responsive to their repeated attempts to contact her they let the charge stand! I will NEVER rent from VRBO again; they care NOTHING about the guest, only the host. I am lobbying the owner of the 4 properties I manage on VRBO to remove the listings from this platform.

So sorry you feel this way. We want nothing more than guests to have a great time. While toilet paper is supplied, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies needed. Information provided to you noted a grocery store three miles away but I didn't think to mention it since you are from the area. I think the "mattress on the floor" you are referring to is the "Harry Potter" bunk under the stairs, meant for children and not advertised as part of the bed count. Small-sized adults can fit in the bunks and I've never received a complaint before, but I can see how it could be uncomfortable for larger people. Finally, I think the thing you have omitted is that you received a detailed email with everything you needed to know listed, including the fact that we completely remodeled the kitchen and living room, with a cabinet above the trashcan designated as an owner's cupboard and therefore locked. It was explicitly stated that the cabinet was locked. However, someone in your party was determined to open it and shimmied the lock with a knife, breaking the lock and splintering wood off the back of the cabinet. Our house is small and nothing fancy but we take pride in keeping in clean, attractive, and welcoming for our guests, and we expect our guests to be courteous in return. The $300 damage fee didn't cover the full cost of the damages incurred, and it left us dismayed that a girls' weekend of moms could produce more damage and mess than frat boys on spring break.

The beach was beautiful. House was ok. Three of our six days we had to wait on maintenance. Light broken in the bathroom, air conditioning not working properly and the pipes broke (which we kindly let them know about however maintenance left broken deck boards and screws everywhere to be stepped on). Upon leaving we did everything on the check out list however we were charged an extra cleaning fee because the blackest needed to be washed. Silly me to assume blankets got cleaned after each trip. Guess that explains the cockroaches. Trash cans completely full from previous guests. Storage closet had to be completely cleaned to find chairs left for use. Gas was available in the grill, but the grill didn’t work. One of the kayaks leaked leaving my brother in law struggling in the water. So many other options for places to stay, will not chose this place next time.

I am so sorry these guests did not have a good time and in fact, had no idea she was unhappy until she was charged extra for cleaning. We give our cell number to all guests so that they can call and text immediately about problems but also for any suggestions/tips needed throughout the week. That said, we have taken her comments seriously. We did have the repairman on site when the guests arrived early (we allowed for an early check-in at no charge) to repair a light which was ready and working the entire time. They never complained to me about the AC but I do understand that in 105-degree July heat, and with 10 people in and out throughout the day (9 more than they indicated on their rental agreement), it's hard to maintain a constant temperature. Thankfully, these guests did alert us to a water sound outside which turned out to be a major break in the pipe. Again, maintenance arrived promptly to repair it and should have cleaned up after themselves. At no time did the guest make us aware that they did not. We do wash all bedding after each rental but the extra cleaning fee was because the blankets were heavily stained and the housekeeper had to launder them several times. Again, we were never notified of any pest problems while they were on property and I'm not sure about what went on in the storage closet. The grill is an honor system - we fill it with gas when we are there but if it is empty, a guest is asked to fill it. The guests before and after used the grill with no problems so I'm not sure what the issue was this particular week. The kayak in question did leak and has been replaced - we were never alerted to any problems with it but I'm glad the guest mentioned it in this review. It is terrifying to think that a grown man was struggling in the water and we wouldn't want this to happen to another guest. Knowing this is an expensive vacation and precious family time, we feel so bad this guest left with such bad memories and we wish her well in finding a more suitable property for her family in the future.

When we go on vacation, we want easy... Easy access to local activities, easy upkeep in a house, easy living. We have no worries turning our kids outdoors. There's no crossing a busy Highway 30A. They can ride their bikes through the private neighborhood with limited traffic. They can walk down to the private beach, swim, then easily walk back for a quick snack without having to pack up everything. And the bike path is super close, making it easy to reach Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, WaterSound, and Seaside by bike. 850-668-5525
