Located very close to the center beach of Villajoyosa. The apartment has three bedrooms with large living room with kitchenette, a bathroom, terrace and small room with washing machine. Equipped for a maximum of 5 people. Main room with double bed and large closet. A second room with a bed and large capacity built-in wardrobe. The third room has a double bed and closet. From this third room you access the terrace where the gas heater is located. The house has a small room with a washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, cutlery, plates, glasses, ... Available iron and ironing board as well as clothesline. Air conditioning in the living room.

El departamento SÚPER limpio y organizado, el baño remodelado y cómodo, aunque solo hay aire acondicionado en la sala y en las habitaciones ventilador de techo y puede que haga un poco de calor pero todo lo demás está bien y te queda cerca de la playa a una cuadra y media aprox, la playa limpia tranquila y el paseo marítimo cerca, ideal para ir a desconectar

Limpio pero algo antigüo

El piso está muy limpio, las habitaciones están genial pero el baño es muy pequeño y muy antigüo, le hace falta otro baño. Por lo demás todo bien, tiene de todo lo necesario y está cerca de la playa.
