Yes, we were greeted warmly by our host. He was sincerely friendly and offered us his help in any way we needed. The house was lovely, clean and was stocked with all we needed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

A beautiful villa

A beautiful villa, lots of space, tastefully furnished rooms, a large livingroom with all you need to relax with the family, two gorgeous bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a cute little garden. The AC was a great Help to escape the hot weather. Paolo is very friendly and helpful. Grazie mille!

Fantastic in every way!

We had a great time at the Villa, which is absolutely amazing. We were a small group with a child and two dogs and we felt very welcome. The villa offers so much room, the bathrooms are wonderful and the garden is just lovely. Two fridges and a huge TV in the living room, and WiFi on each floor - we were very impressed. The owner helped us organize transportation to Milan and back multiple times and a large supermarket is just a short drive away, if you want to buy local groceries. The villa is quiet, really big and allows any family or group of people to enjoy and relax, while being really close to Milan. The kitchen is super-well equipped and Paolo is extremely friendly, professional, supportive and just the best host one can imagine. Really, we can’t wait to be back!

Nice home

House itself was very spacious and clean. We stayed 3 nights as a family of 7, 5 adults, 2 children. Only 35 mins to Milan. Many restaurants and grocery nearby. Just is very nice and very responsive to all our questions. Tip-ask about all fees prior to booking. Host fees very high. Home is also along side road and traffic can be heard all day/night. Construction began next door on a new home day 2 at 0700. Not the hosts fault, but something to be considered when charging high host fees. Also worth mentioning, host lives on property in downstairs apartment with connecting door. There are many cameras on property which can also be uncomfortable.

Thanks for the review, which is still positive. However, I would like to make some clarifications: 1. the high commissions do not belong to the host, but it is Vrbo that withholds them. Furthermore, these commissions are also paid by the host, consequently what the guest pays is not what the host earns. 2. what you define as cameras are cameras managed directly by the security company and are disconnected when guests are staying. They don't record, because they are not cameras, but they only take 3 photos when the alarm is armed and when a thief passes in front of them... 3. They have started to build a new villa next to my land, I sorry about the noise, but they started at 8 and not at 7 as you say, I would have notified you if I had known when the work was starting, that land has been empty there for 25 years, I couldn't have known!! 4.My apartment on the ground floor is completely separate, the door that separates my floor from yours is closed on your side, and in no way can I access the villa from that door, I don't live there, but I use that apartment as a support.5. The house is not located 35 minutes from Milan, but in 15/20 minutes you are already in Milan Navigli, exactly 20km from Piazza del Duomo, personally in 35 minutes through the entire city, but these are details.

A Great Stay
