About this property

SPLENDID VILLA WITH POOL AND GARDEN IN THE HEART OF FRIULI

The house is surrounded by beautiful and well maintained gardens comprised of lawns, colorful flower beds, hedges and trees. There are several covered and uncovered areas furnished for dining and relaxing outdoors. A barbecue and a gazebo with table and chairs for al fresco dining are available for guests' use. A lovely covered patio extends all around the house and is furnished for sitting, relaxing and enjoying the views.
A nice pool (12.5x5.5m.) with sun terrace, umbrellas and loungers is also available.
Casa Gioia is also enlivened by the presence of some pets (well behaved dogs) and other small animals that we are happy to introduce to those guests who wish to.

Casa Gioia can accommodate up to 4 people.
The accommodation is all on one floor and the interiors are tastefully furnished.
The main independent entrance is on the front of the villa and leads directly to a comfortable living/dining room with kitchen corner. Kitchen equipment includes gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle. A storage room is adjacent to the kitchen. On the same floor there is a master double bedroom, a twin bedroom with balcony (can be made up as double on request), a bathroom with shower, basin, bidet, WC and washing machine.
Amenities/Facilities include air conditioning, central heating (payable on consumption), mosquito screens on all windows except in the twin bedroom, satellite TV, stereo CD player, washing machine, iron and ironing board, internet connection.

Baby cots and high chairs are available on request.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is only allowed outdoors.

Perfect hosts - calm, beautiful and spacious

Nice large apartment, everything you need in the kitchen,extra fridge all appliances. The perfect host, there when you need it. Situated in a “parc” with lots of space and a nice pool. Everything kept at top level. Nice Friday lunch with the hosts, inviting us for typical friulani specialities, and a goodbye prosseco the day before departure.

family friendly

As advertized, a family friendly place on the estate of the family, two big but superfriendly dogs (our son is normally not so “big” on dogs but Zoe and Keira are supercalm and became his friends quite fast) the accom is super clean, the hosts very friendly, the accom/region is ideally located within driving distance of mountains and seaside, personally not a big fan of the Italian coast approach (touristy and crowdy beaches, expensive,…) but the centre of towns like Grado or Monfalcone are not bad. Loved the mountains, a bit rugged compared to f ex France and Spain in terms of trails, very nice local wines, amply tasted. All in all a good mix of things, in a region that is quite *original inland.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in wunderbarer Umgebung

Eine wunderbare Gastgeberfamilie, die über alle Maßen bemüht ist, den Gästen eine angenehme Zeit zu verschaffen. So fanden wir zu unserer Anreise eine selbstgemachte Bolognese Sauce und Nudeln in unserem Kühlschrank, so könnten wir in Ruhe auspacken und hatten schon ein warmes Essen. Besser kann man eine Ferienunterkuft nicht führen.

Familie von der Ostsee

Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und auch während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir wie ein Teil der Familie. Sergio und seine liebe Frau sowie Sonja und ihre Töchter waren stets richtig fürsorglich. Die Wohnung und der Pool waren top. Die Lage ist toll für Ausflüge und ansonsten ist es herrlich ruhig. Wir würden gerne irgendwann wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für Gastfreundschaft!

Accueil chaleureux et gentillesse des propriétaires, cadre d'exception tous confort, magique piscine correspond exactement sinon plus à la description de l'annonce. Toutes commodités à proximité. Contact avec la population très agréable et très instructive. Nous avons rencontré de belles personnes dont la cantina de Flavia et Umberto à faedis pour une très belle leçon d'œnologie et de dégustation de leurs vins avec Flavia. Merci beaucoup à Gioia, Sergio et Sonia et probablement à l'année prochaine.

soggiorno stupendo, i signori Cos sono stati gentili, disponibili, attenti.la casa è gradevole, il parco con la piscina tenuti benissimo.sembrava di essere a casa.un plauso alla signora Gioia...ottima cuoca che ci ha fatto assaggiare alcuni piatti tipici friulani davvero squisiti e al Signor Sergio, con cui si intavolano chiacchierate sempre piacevoli.location veramente consigliata !

great holiday home!

On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the hospitable and friendly host and hostess with, among other things, homemade cake and wine. The holiday home was clean and fully equipped. Very nice that there was an air conditioning! The house has a nice terrace and a beautiful pool and is situated on the huge estate of the owners. We highly recommend it.

Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Insgesamt ein Urlaub weitestgehend ohne Anlass zur Beanstandung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass das Gebell der Hunde des Hauses (3 Stück) einen des Nachts hin und wieder aus dem Schlaf gerissen haben.

Une belle découverte de la région du frioul! La maison, située en pleine campagne offre une belle terrasse bien agréable, dans un joli parc, et une superbe piscine. Les propriétaires bien sympathiques, et serviables, apportent tous les renseignements nécessaires pour un séjour d’agréable.

Meget velholdt bolig med god pool

Super ophold hos meget hjælpsomme værter. De talte ikke engelsk, men vi klarede os alligevel - og så havde vi en livline til deres datter, som taler flere sprog. Rengøring og COVID-19 forholdsregler var i top. Værterne bor i den ene ende af villaen, og ferielejligheden er i den anden ende. Poolen benyttes kun af feriegæsterne. Værterne har to venlige hunde som passer på den indhegnede villa.

Un luogo meraviglioso

Casa Gioia a Faedis ci incantato fin dal primo momento in cui siamo arrivati. Un luogo meraviglioso immerso nel verde, attorniato da un giardino lussureggiante e profumato che fa da cornice ideale a ogni soggiorno tranquillo, rilassante e sereno permettendo di riposare, recuperare le energie e staccare la spina dal quotidiano. La vera e propria meraviglia sono i proprietari, dopo un attimo ci siamo trovati e sentiti come se fossimo a casa nostra. Non ci sono le parole giuste per rispecchiare e descrivere la loro accoglienza, cordialità, gentilezza e generosità, ci hanno regalato cuore e anima. L'appartamento è carino, molto conveniente e comodo, pulitissimo e davvero elegante da ogni punto di vista. Lo stesso discorso vale per la grande piscina privata che fa parte della casa, un'altra bellezza nonché un'inestinguibile fonte dei innumerevoli piaceri. Il nome che è stato attribuito alla struttura vuol dire Casa Gioia corrisponde nel migliore dei modi all'aria che si respira qui svegliandosi ogni giorno con la prospettiva di non dover andare via da nessuna parte. Questo è stato un soggiorno indimenticabile. Speriamo di tornarci al più presto possibile. Non ne vediamo l'ora. Qui a Faedis abbiamo trovato la nostra seconda casa in Italia.

Sehr tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist Ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist in der Wohnung ist sehr gut, es ist alles vorhanden. Der Pool ist sauber, sehr groß und sehr schön angelegt. Auf jeden Fall wieder eine Reise Wert.

Fantastisk på alle tænkelige måder

Lejlighed af høj kvalitet, fuldt udstyret køkken med alt hvad man kan tænkes at få brug for, bortset fra opvaskemaskine. Gode senge, en imponerende linnedpakke med bade, pool, køkken og små håndklæder. Viskestykker, karklude osv. Perfekt størrelse pool, og mulighed for aften badning. Søde og rare værter som sikrede at alt var som det skulle være, og 3 søde hunde til at passe på hele parken. Sonia svarer hurtigt og hjælpsomt på alle henvendelser og hjælper med alt tænkeligt. Alt i alt et vidunderligt ophold.
