Quality time with the family

Perfect properties, beautifully presented and equipped with everything you will need. A short stroll to all the shops and restaurants of Dalyan so did not need the car. Very high quality and service and there is even a yacht and skipper that you can hire for sea or lake cruising. They have thought of everything for a stress and worry free holiday. Absolutely first class.

Superb

The villas were perfect. We were an extended family group of 19 adults spread across the three villas. Space for everyone to mingle or have some quiet time. We also nominated one pool as the quiet pool, a bonus of having the two. Bathrooms galore, so no having to wait around. The chilled water fountains were a real bonus, no carting bottles back from the supermarket every day. There were also lots of small extras that are not usually supplied in such high numbers. There was an abundance of outdoor space, with plenty in the shade if needed, and it was certainly needed during our July stay. Helena was a great host, making all aspects of the trip easy going, from arranging airport transfers, checking in and villa information, to responding rapidly to any problems you might have. I must also highly recommend the boat trip we had arranged through her, a fantastic day with a fantastic captain and crew, on a fantastic boat. All in all a 5 star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 property that I cannot recommend enough. Thanks for everything Helena, we’ll be seeing you again without a doubt.

Fantastic Villas

We have recently returned from our stay at Pomegranate Garden Villas and we had a wonderful time. We were a family group of 13, consisting of three generations. The villa layouts worked perfectly for us allowing us all to be together, yet having some privacy when needed. Being able to eat and spend time together around the large seating area and pool was ideal. The villas were extremely clean and Helena could not have been more helpful, both before we arrived and during our holiday. The villas are set in a lovely rural location, yet only a small walk to the centre of Dalyan. Although cycles were available, we had no problems walking the 15min distance to town. Taxis were also cheap if walking and the heat became too much! We have stayed in Dalyan several times and I would definitely come back to these villas with a large family group or groups of friends.

The house is perfect for big groups.

Perfect for big fam. Holidays We where 21 – 15 adults 5 children and a toddler and the setop with 3 adjoining villas, each identical inside with master bedroom and a single bedroom on the 1st floor and singlebeds room and double room downstairs and bathroom on both floors. As the name states, situated very private in a big pommegrate tree field, with no nearby neighbors. The location is a 10/15 min walk outside main street, and there is supermarket with fresh bread 5 min. away. There’s very generously 6 provided bikes in the villas, to make quick trips or small excurtions. Helena was excellent and 100 % trustworthy, easy and quick in communication and are among the best host we ever encounteret (we often rent villas as our preferred holiday accommodation). She can help with tours and information, booking of transfers and more… Thanks Helena We would defiantly visit again Kind Regards Lars & fam.

The best ever....

Superbly appointed villa - 15 of us were very comfortable. Pools, bikes,cooking facilities met every expectation but most of all the hosting and care taken by Helena and Dundar made for another memorable visit.

Great place for a three generation Vacation.

What it says on the label is in the tin, three extremely well equipped villas in a very quiet location . Excellent air conditioning , bathrooms , showers and kitchens and so on in a very tranquil pomegranate plantation , teo great pools. An ideal set up for a three generation vacation, ie grand parents in one villa with unmarried daughter . Other two kids in separate villas with the little ones, so together , but plenty of space. The town and tourist amenities are either a walk or 5 minute drive away, as the brochure says. WE had one of the lopcal housewife cooks come in and cook three nights out of teh 7 we were there. Helena was always available, and everything worked out as planned ie the pick ups from the airport and in theses politically unstable times one is so far off the track that peace and tranquillity are guaranteed , great security at the Dalaman airport. Totally recommendable for a great vacation .

Amazing Villas in a Tranquil Setting

As a group of 16 its hard to find the perfect location and accommodation but we have found it. What a fantastic time we all had. These villas offer the perfect balance of communal areas and privacy which is needed over a 2 week holiday. Plenty of space, the top bedrooms are just huge - the photos don't do it justice. It was spotlessly clean and the provision of dishwasher tablets, loo rolls and laundry power meant we had no heavy shopping to haul back. Helena kindly arranged our transfers and the collection from the airport and helped us arrange other trips throughout the holiday, the organisation was seamless. Our most enjoyable day was a private boat trip around Dalyan, the Turtle Beach, we went crabbing, had a BBQ on the boat and visited the mud baths. The ages in our group ranged from 20 months to 61 years and every single one of us loved it! The area of Dalyan is perfect for families as it has the right balance of entertainment/shops/restaurants without being too busy or boring. The surroundings of the vIllas are so peaceful and the children loved the wildlife, the owls who live on the roof, a lost crab wandered to visit us one morning and lots of small lizards to try and catch! The only negative point we could give was that the road (its only a short road) to the villas is not well developed and is quite bumpy and not level underfoot, thus difficult pushing a double pushchair (we have twins) up and down. However, it would never put us off going there again and double pushchairs aren't easily manouverable at the best of times! We all fell in love with this place and I know we will be back for another visit as soon as we can. Thank you Pomegranate Gardens for a magical time - see you again soon :-)

Family Holiday

I booked the Pomegranate Garden Villas for a Family holiday. There were 14 of us ranging in ages from 3 years old to 80. The listing is accurate and the villas are beautiful and very well looked after. We were amazed at the high standard and it is clear that the owners look after and service the villas very well. Communication with Helena was excellent and she went out of her way to make our stay perfect which increased the enjoyment of our holiday. We didn't even have to worry about shopping as we would give Helena a list and for a small charge she would purchase and deliver our shopping to us. The family made good use of the bikes which are an lovely added touch, but it was a pleasant walk into the centre. Would I recommend it to a friend? YES and I already have done. We would certainly consider going back again. We went towards the end of season so it was quiet but even in peak season I can imagine that Dalyan would be a great place to be especially for families. The night life would also be livelier but not in an obscene way as you sometimes get in larger resorts. We enjoyed a fantastic day out on a boat trip organised by Helena who's husband is the captain. We saw turtles, and went to some gorgeous beaches. coves and bays to swim and dive whilst Dundar and his mate cooked us a BBQ. This was everyone's favourite day out of the whole holiday and if we had time we would have done it again. Some of us also went on a jeep safari and we all experienced a Turkish bath and other treatments. I would highly recommend the Whitehouse restaurant. Not just for its views from the terrace and of course the food, but the owner Mehmet went above and beyond excellent customer service by offering to pick up my 80 year old mother from the villa and to return her back there when she was ready to go. All in all a wonderful holiday which was made even more superb by the exceptional service provided by the owners and the friendliness of the owner of the Whitehouse restaurant. I can't recommend them enough. If you book, you won't be disappointed.

We have extensive knowledge of the area and can point you in the right direction, offer advice or help with any special requests you have. Nothing is too much trouble to make your holiday unforgettable. We are not intrusive but happy to be there if you need us.

The Maras area of Dalyan is one of the most sought after in Dalyan. It's conveniently close to the centre yet the surrounding fields ensure peace, privacy and above all space. The view of the stars at night is not to be missed, neither is the sound of the crickets and the owls. There are stunning views in every direction & our own pomegranate fields offer beautiful, picture postcard views of bright red orchid like flowers in May & June huge ruby red fruit in September & October.

A large outside terrace by the pool where 21 guests can all sit down & eat together is a highlight & 2 swimming pools offer more flexibility for a group. The property is set on a 5000m² plot of pomegranate groves & ensures privacy in a beautiful, natural environment.
There are fabulous views across the countryside to the sea and the afternoon, cool breeze is a welcome luxury in the hot summer months. To quote one of our guests "You're far enough out of Dalyan to enjoy the cicadas, the stars and the sunrises over the mountains, but close enough to nip in for bread, the bars, restaurants or whatever else."
