Residence Schuler - Apartment 'C' with sea and Mount Etna view

Este apartamento forma parte de la residencia Schuler con jardín y vista abierta al mar y al monte Etna, ubicado en una pequeña colina en una zona residencial de Taormina, a solo 4 minutos a pie del centro de Corso Umberto (zona peatonal de Taormina), y a 3 minutos solo del supermercado y los restaurantes más cercanos.
El apartamento "C" tiene un tamaño de 163 metros cuadrados. (1755 pies cuadrados) con una terraza de 38 metros cuadrados (409 pies cuadrados) y consta de: 2 habitaciones dobles grandes y una habitación pequeña con 2 camas individuales, 1 baño con ducha, 1 baño con ducha y bañera , una espaciosa cocina, una gran sala de estar y una terraza con vista al mar y al monte. Etna Dispone de calefacción, aire acondicionado, lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, WiFi, teléfono, TV (conexión satelital a BBC World, CNN, ZDF, ARD), caja fuerte, secador de pelo, tostadora, cafetera, plancha.
El servicio de taxi desde el aeropuerto hasta el apartamento está disponible bajo petición al precio de 120 euros para un máximo de 5 pasajeros, de 6 a 8 personas con un minibús al precio de 150 euros.
Estacionamiento: Dentro de la Residencia tenemos un área de estacionamiento pequeña para 2 autos y, previa solicitud, se puede reservar un espacio al precio de 10 euros al día.
Otra solución es estacionarse en el estacionamiento municipal de 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, de Porta Catania, ubicado justo antes de la entrada de Taormina, a 5 minutos a pie del apartamento. Debido a las estrechas carreteras de Taormina y nuestra pequeña área de estacionamiento, para los clientes que llegan con autos grandes, sugerimos esta última solución.

Vivo en un apartamento de la Residencia, estaré aquí a su llegada y durante su estadía siempre estaré disponible para información y cualquier tipo de asistencia.

The views from the property are amazing. Check-in was fine and easy. Claudio met us at the property. Parking was great, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time of the daily rate of 10 euros. The apartment was very nice and clean!!. You are on your own for bath soap and shampoo.

Wonderful villa, location & views!!

The villa comfort & location exceeded our expectations, including beautiful flowers off of an amazing balcony to enjoy views of sea, Mt Etna & Taormina’s gorgeous landscape! Claudio was very communicative and available when needed and we were fortunate to have reserved a parking space as well for our 6 night stay! Highly recommend!

Home with a beautiful view

The property was amazing. The view even better. Claudio thought of everything a visitor could possibly need . The property was a short walk (5 minutes) to anything you may need groceries, restaurants, shops. I would highly recommend this property. The owner also lives onsite and is available for any issues

Spectacular Views

The views from this very spacious villa were magnificent. The balconies allowed for an expansive view of Taormina. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The owner Claudio was extremely helpful. He called his private driver for us when we wanted to go sightseeing. The villa also has parking which is very hard to find in Taormina. 10/10. Thank you for a wonderful stay in beautiful Taormina.

Outstanding stay, great views, lovely accommodation

A fantastic stay as a family of 5 from 10 to 76 yrs old. Amazing views from the large terrace and master bedroom. Lovely clean accommodation and great communication before and during the stay. There are some steps into town but very close. Loved the walk up the steps to the top of Taormina for sunset views across Etna. Already recommending to friends and family.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Very roomy and comfortable. Best parts are the views from the Terrace and all the space both on the Terrace and the apartment. This was our favorite place we stayed in four different places in Italy

The place was even better than pictured! You enter on the street level and there are two locks keeping you safe. However safety was never a concern. The neighborhood is so cute and you walk down nearby steps and everything is there - grocery, restaurants, coffee. Claudio was very responsive to all our questions. He was great. The view is unbelievable. The best I’ve ever had! Loved sitting out back. The rooms were all great too! The only challenge we had was getting there at night. Be ready so you don’t miss the turns on the one way streets. Claudio offered to drive on his vespa to meet us. We also asked people in town and they were so nice! I would suggest having turn by turn GPS loaded and ready (not overall map view like we had)

Claudio was a perfect host. He helped us navigate beautiful Taormina. The apt was stunning and felt like home away from home. Clean, comfortable, not to mention the view off the large terrace, it took our breath away! Thank you Claudio!

Exactly as advertised

Our family of four adults and two infants thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Taormina. Residence Schuler is a very comfortable accommodation with great views from the very large terraces. The Mt. Etna view is really impressive. Corso Umberto is only a five minute walk. Claudio is a great host who went well out of his way to accommodate our needs.

Amazing Stay

The property exceeded our expectation. The views of Sea and Mt Etna are spectacular. Claudio was attentive, informative, warm and friendly. He made sure we had all the information we needed to have a memorable stay at Schuler Residence. The property has beautiful terraces. Close to town, but quiet and safe at night. Taormina Center was easy to reach on foot. Lots of restaurants, pasticcerie, gelaterie and wonderful shops within walking distance. I hope to stay there again. Grazie Claudio

A marvelous perch in Taormina

This is a magnificent property perched just about the center of Taormina, with a capacious outdoor terrace offering stunning views of the coastline, the town below and of Mount Etna. Our host, Claudio, was outstanding in every way, punctual, responsive and very personable. The apartment was perfectly clean, a very comfortable refuge to which to return after a long day of rambling. Will be thinking about returning to this magical place once again, someday!

Outstanding accommodation in Taormina

Very spacious with super large master opening onto large terrace. Fabulous views of Mt. Etna and sea. Peaceful with lots of birdsong. Clean air. Had some rainy days end Apr into May. Walk down many steps to town/supermarket. Good shopping. Towels in unit need replacing.

Absolutely wonderful!

Claudio´s beautiful house had everything we needed, in a perfect central but quiet location, very comfortable and cozy. Corso Umberto, cable car, supermarket and many famous sights are within short walking distance just minutes away. Residence Schuler had plenty of space for the five of us, is well equipped and generally in very good condition. The views of the sea and Mount Etna are absolutely amazing and even more impressive than pictures can show. Claudio is a perfect host, reliable, always on hand if you need him, with great tips for our stay, also incredibly accommodating. Unfortunately there are only 5 stars to award here, the residence Schuler would have deserved 6! Thank you very much for letting us stay in this fabulous house, we will be back and will definitely recommend it to others.

Great location, amazing view but don’t bring a car

The property was located in a great part of town and only a short walk (via stairs) to the Main Street and close to the supermarket. The property was clean and has a big balcony area that has a memorable outlook. The middle bedroom with 2 single beds has no air conditioning and isn’t a big space. It’s a tight squeeze for 2 adults. While there’s parking advertised it’s an extra fee and if you don’t book it early it may not be available. The public parking garage is expensive and may not have space if an event is on.

Beautiful view - spacious apartment

We are a family of five and stayed at Villa Schuler Apartment C. The apartment was exactly as we expected (with the exception of the third bedroom not having airconditioning). The host Claudio was very easy to communicate with and was there to meet us when we arrived. He made an effort to provide a few extra things like washing powder, dish detergent, paper towels etc which was very much appreciated. The apartment was very clean and spacious with everything we needed for a lovely stay. The location is close to a supermarket and the top end of the old town but it is quite a long way to the beach. There is a big set of steps to get to the supermarket and town so probably not suitable for those who have trouble with stairs. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment. The view from the terrace is fabulous. Thank you Claudio.

What a view!!

Villa is just as beautiful as in the photos, but the view is so much more spectacular in real life. So much so that we even opted to stay in for dinners so we could dine on the balcony and soak it all in. The spacious layout was idea for our big group (4 adults, 1 teen and 2 children). We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Location wise, it seemed a little far to walk to the funicular initially but once we knew the best route, it was fine. Indeed, by the end of our time in Taormina, we all agreed that it was a great homebase - close to the shops, restaurants, old town, relatively easy access to the beach, and still high enough to enjoy a clear view of Mr Etna, the water and the sparkle from the stars in the sky to the lights on the land. Communication with the host before and during our stay was excellent. He even jumped on this scooter to rescue us when we got lost trying to find the place on arrival:) Only negative thing was that the 3rd bedroom did not have air conditioning. Other than that, we loved our experience here and would happily recommend it to others. Thank you for everything Claudio!

Beautiful Sea View Villa In Taormina

We had an incredible stay at Residence Schuler, apartment C. The villa is very large and has beautiful classic Italian furniture in each room. A very spacious kitchen that was filled with every amenity we needed. We loved being able to have breakfast and enjoy afternoon happy hours on this stunning, sprawling terraces with the most beautiful view of the sea. Large floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom. Also allowed us to enjoy the beautiful views from those rooms from the inside. We found the beds and bedding very comfortable! - [ ] When you exit the flat and go to the right about one block, then there is a short steep driveway down to a staircase, and after a total of about a three minute walk you are right in the center of town. It was absolutely perfect. Claudio, the owner was a great host. We corresponded with him before our trip several times to ask him questions, and he always had fast helpful responses. He arranged for a car service for us from Catania airport upon our arrival at 10 PM from a driver named Carmelo, and that worked out great too. We ended up utilizing Carmelo several times during our stay in Taormina, and we were happy we did, as the streets are particularly windy and maze-like. We were so close to town, it was easier not to have a car, although the Villa does have a parking space for us to have had one. Great AC, WiFi, a smart TV, bookshelf with lots of books, lounge chairs, washing machine. We really loved this Villa!

I love taking care of my garden and I consider having one is a real luxury especially in Taormina. Rather than having one more apartment if would prefer to have a bigger garden.
I live in one apartment of the Residence, I will be here on your arrival and during your stay I will be always available for information’s and any kind of assistance.
