About this property

Family Friendly Cabin a short walk away from Noccalula Falls

Our cabin has a ramp leading up to the front door for handicap accessibility. It has an open-air concept. The kitchen has refrigerator/with ice maker, stove, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker, and hand mixer. It is furnished with utensils dishes, glassware, pots and pans, some plastic containers, basic cooking utensils and grilling utensils. There is a high-top island bar style table for dining with 6 stools
It has 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combination, toilet, and sink. Provided are 6 towels and washrags soap and a hairdryer.
It has 2 Bedrooms: 1 Queen & 1 Full Bed - linens and pillows are provided. There is a
TV in both bedrooms.
The Living Room has a Queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), 2 Chairs Gas fireplace TV.
There is a washer/dryer combo with detergent provided.
It has a front porch and a screened in back porch, with a gas grill on the back porch open area. There are rocking chairs on both.

Laundry Area: washer, dryer, detergent, and dryer sheets

If you plan to cook during your stay, you will need to bring aluminum foil, plastic wrap, plastic containers, and any non-basic cooking utensils you use.

This is my second time staying here. I stayed before and after the renovation. I have to say they did a great job. I loved the pool and the area. The cabins were great, as always, and I will be coming back. It was a wonderful stay.

Such a family friendly location

We loved the site and easy access to the park and falls. It was so family friendly and laid back to be so close. The cabin was very clean, the staff were very friendly, and it was a perfect location for a quiet get away with small kids. Highly recommend.

a perfect getaway

A perfect cabin for rest and relaxation. when sitting on the screened in porch you can hear the water flowing down in the river bottom. The cabin was very clean and had a very homey feel to it. The staff at the campground were very friendly and answered any questions we had. We have already booked another stay for this fall.

The remodel of the campground was nice. It needs a return road (pass thru) before you exit the park instead of having to reenter the gate. We'll definitely be back. We stayed in a cabin, had issues with the washer, the ladies were friendly & fast. Sonya was especially great & went above & beyond! She took all the wet items along with our other laundry washed, dried & folded everything. We really appreciated it. Great place to stay.

I am currently the Manager here at Noccalula Falls Campground where the cabin is located.My staff and I handle the reservations of the campground, cabins, wedding chapel, and pavilions that are located here at the Noccalula Falls Complex.

Why they chose this property

Cabin #2 is a Wonderful getaway spot for family vacations or just for a quiet weekend to relax. Our 90 ft waterfall is an awesome site to see and attracts many visitors to our area. The Noccalula Falls Park is next door. It has a train, some outside animal habitats, pioneer villages, a covered bridge, and a Coy pond. We have the Black Creek Trail that houses several different side trails for walking, hiking, or mountain biking.

What makes this property unique

Not far from the path of Black Creek Trails, the Noccalula Falls cabin has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. This rustic-style cabin offers a breathtaking overlook of Black Creek a few feet from the screened-in back patio. Our cabin includes 2 bedrooms(1 queen and 1 full), a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 cable televisions(in queen bedroom and living room), WiFi, a full kitchen, full bathroom, gas fireplace, washer/dryer combo, and a gas grill out back. During your stay you may be visited by our friendly groundhog, deer,or black squirrels.We also offer trout fishing here. Black Creek is stocked with trout and can be fished during the months of Nov-April with a valid state license and a trout permit. The trout permit can be purchased from our staff at the campground office.
