Villa Zoe is a bright and spacious 200 m² house, located in Drepano, just a few minutes’ drive from the romantic city of Nafplio. Nestled within a private estate with only two villas and accessed via a private driveway, Villa Zoe is the perfect choice for those seeking tranquility, and relaxation.
The villa unfolds over three levels and features a private parking space, a lush garden, and a private swimming pool.
First Level:
Direct access to the garden and pool. Here you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, both are master bedrooms.
Second Level:
The fully equipped kitchen with a private balcony overlooks the garden and pool. This floor also hosts the dining area, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a small bathroom, and a large balcony offering beautiful views of the village.
Third Level:
Two additional bedrooms, including a bright bedroom with three windows and balconies, offering stunning views of the surrounding greenery and the village. The second bedroom also has its own balcony with mountain views. A large bathroom serves this level.
Villa Zoe is perfect for summer holidays but is also ideal for stays throughout the year, making it suitable for families and groups of friends.

The taxes are declared and returned to the Greek state monthly.
