Being able to park on the same floor as our room is nice because you do not need the elevator. Not a far walk to the beach. Nice pool and play area for kids

Great view but the unit is very dated, furniture and mattresses were 20plus years old and worn out, tile, grout, and ceiling vents were filthy. The outdoor furniture was pitiful, very uncomfortable and noisy with seating for only 4. Master bath shower head spays into the wall and living room rug was filthy. Unit has potential but needs lots of attention very bare bones and unkept.

Unit was great for 3 generation family stay! Everything was clean when we walked in. View from balcony was amazing. Beach access was literally an elevator ride and out the door! Grandkids loved the swimming pool at night after being on beach all day.

Great location!

The condo was exactly as advertised and the rental company was very responsive to any of our needs. We love the location being right next to Florabama and having the yacht club directly across the street. Access to the beach and pool were wonderful!
