Welcome to Phoenix 10 unit 717, a beachfront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 8, in Orange Beach Alabama.

Enjoy a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful white, sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. This condo has wireless Internet and cable and has flat-screen TVs in all of the bedrooms and also in the living room.There is a King in the Master bedroom, a Queen in Guest bedroom 1, and two Twins in guest bedroom 2, and a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room.

Very spacious. Would have been nice to have filtered water on the refrigerator. Needs new skillets, they were really scratched up. Had to call maintenance for a new toaster. They were quick to replace and so polite.

First time at orange beach. The condos we stayed in were amazing. The process was easy and the emails with instructions for clean up was great. We will be back!

Being right on the beach (no driving and finding parking) was why we booked this condo. No early check in available though, and all dishes in the condo were dirty. I had to wash everything before being able to cook/eat/drink anything. The condo itself needs some repairs, but overall fine. We didnt spend much of our time inside anyways.

The Perfect Spot

We came here for the songwriters festival at the Floribama and it was just the perfect spot for us. We were able to leave our car in the parking ramp and walk next-door every day. If I had to find something to complain about, it would be about their fitness room. It’s very old and dated and lacking equipment that functions properly. Our condominium was awesome.

Relaxing Spring Break

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Phoenix X. The check in process was quick and easy. I had a few questions before our arrival and the host was always quick to get back with me. The location was great. This is a corner unit and next door to Flora-Bama. We enjoyed the live music on the beach every afternoon. The property was clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for 5 adults. We will definitely be planning another trip to Orange Beach in the future and we would not hesitate to book the property again.

Perfect place

This property is in an ideal location for our needs. We enjoyed the easy access to the parking garage and elevators, however be aware your front bedrooms will hear them (not a problem for us but may be for others). The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked wonderfully. We will be back!

The condo is in need of updating. The stove seal is broken. There are racks missing in the refrigerator. The toilet paper holder in the master is broken. The cabinetry throughout the condo was in ill repair. The mattresses were very uncomfortable! In all, for the price, we were very disappointed.

This condo is an end unit so you have the best view of everything! so beautiful!! Also has everything you need. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

Perfect location for us. No direct Sun on the balcony was nice for us to sit during the day. Flor-Hama wasn’t real loud next door to cause any issues.

Overall great

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at 717 Phoenix X. The location, proximity to beach, access to local amenities and condo were great. For the price, it was disappointingly dirty when we checked in. The floors throughout had clearly not been cleaned (hair on floors, in tubs, on toilets, etc). Because we had a full kitchen we came prepared to have most meals at the condo but found very few utensils, broken kitchen scissors, extremely dull knives and no cleaning supplies. There’s a swiffer but no pads and nothing to clean counters which wasn’t noted in the packing instructions. We would love to stay again because the beach is awesome but would prefer a cleaner more well-appointed condo for the price. Overall it was spacious, nicely decorated and the view from the balcony can’t be beat.

Family Vacation

This is a great property! We stayed for a week in April, Our 4th time to Orange Beach but the first time with this property. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed being right next to the parking ramp and having neighbors on only one side. The view from the balcony was amazing. We come back every year and will definitly choose this property again next year!
