Vivenda Linda Vista 1 Beautiful Sea and Mountain Views in Porto da Cruz

A warm welcome can be expected by guests who stay in our recently renovated spacious studio apartment. With its own private entrance and balcony, superb seaside and mountain views, it is comfortably furnished with super king size bed (can be changed to two single beds if required advance notice must be given), kitchen area and en-suite shower facilities. There are stairs to the apartment, parking is available on site, the kitchen area is fully fitted with electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a good selection of crockery and cutlery. There is a shared sun terrace together with a BBQ for your use. The property is situated on a quiet lane just a few minutes walk away from supermarket, bakery, restaurants, seasonal tidal pool and beach. Set in a rural village it is ideal for walkers, those who love to surf and swim, painters, birdwatchers, and those who love the countryside. Approximately three minutes walk from tidal pool and beach.

Great place with outstanding sunrises!

Conveniently located…quiet and great spot for those wanting to be outside of the big city. The place was exactly as pictured, clean and not lacking of anything. The owners were wonderful and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the outstanding view.

We love living here and being part of the rural community, and enjoy welcoming our guests who visit the island, already having the pleasure of seeing people returning year after year.

This property gives much flexibility to visitors, and is an ideal base to visit the rest of the island. We are close to the airport, approximately a fifteen minute drive away, and the unique roads and tunnels that people use to get around the island are easily accessed from here.

What makes this property unique

It is comfortable, quiet, and hours can be spent either inside, or on the balcony or terrace soaking up the stunning view that this property offers.
