Villa Laurosa is located in Primorski Dolac which is only 7km from Highway Exit Prgomet. Villa provide peace in nature without any neighbor interaction. Style of traditional old Dalmatian house, combination of wood and stone, is something that makes this Villa unique. Peaceful area and beautiful greenery is ideal for families and relaxing holidays.

Villa is comfortable for 6 people, 4 people in two rooms with double bed with one extra bed in each room.

Guests have access to: whole property, BBQ and 4 bikes

Airport is 20km away, Unesco protected city Trogir ,which is famous for unique history and beautiful beaches, is only 15km away.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was perfect. Beautiful villa, pool and outside eating area. The owners have thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble. We were greeted with a food and drink when we arrived. The pool was cleaned every couple of days whilst we slept.A car is essential as the villa is away from the main towns but it is a perfect location to explore loads of the region. We packed loads in and also spent time sunbathing by the pool. We would definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful villa. Croatia is a wonderful country

A fantastic stay in Croatia!

We spent 2 beautiful weeks in this property. The hosts went above and beyond to help us, even after we suffered a puncture on the way to the property! Sylvia drove around to find us and Demir kindly organised a new tyre for us at no extra cost. They left us a lovely lunch upon arrival and we very much enjoyed the home made liqueur! The property is in a quiet location and really private. It’s close to Trogir when you want a bit more action and Split is not far, too. We visited some stunning beaches within a 30 minute drive. The accommodation is fantastic; pool is lovely with sun loungers and outdoor dining, kitchen has everything you need, including an ice machine which we enjoyed. The air conditioning works really well and we found it a really comfortable stay. The hosts have thought of everything including bikes available for use and the perfectly placed hammock under the tree. Thank you Sylvia and Demir for a wonderful stay, we would definitely visit again.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Der Aufenthalt war super. Silvia und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und modern. Dadurch das das Haus etwas außerhalb liegt hat man vollkommen seine Ruhe… Definitiv empfehlenswert… sehr gerne wieder

Perfekt!

Für uns das perfekte Ferienhaus. Super Pool. Großer Grill. Sehr große Terrasse mit 4 Liegen und zwei großen Sommenschirmen. Überdachte Sitzgruppe auf der Terrasse. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Wir wurden an der Mautstation abgeholt und mit mehreren Aufmerksamkeiten (Schinkenteller etc) empfangen. Zum Hafen mit schönen Strandabschnitten und vielen Restaurants sind es 20 min mit dem Auto. Wir werden dieses Haus für unsere Urlaube immer wieder in Betracht ziehen. Im Gesamten: perfekter Urlaub, perfekte Gastgeber.

Wer Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Ein ganz großes Lob an Silvia und ihren Mann Damir für den hervorragenden Empfang und den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir durften unsere BEIDEN (kleine) Hunde mitbringen (heutzutage auch nicht mehr selbstverständlich). Am Anreisetag wurden wir direkt nach der Moutstation von Silvia abgeholt - haben wir so auch noch nie erlebt. In der Villa angekommen, überraschte sie uns mit einer Vesperplatte, Brot, Wasser, Wein, selbstgemachten Likör und Süßigkeiten. Schon hier waren wir total begeistert. Die Villa ist unglaublich sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Haus ist in einem kleinen „Dorf“, wer also Ruhe sucht der ist hier genau richtig. Von Nachbarn ist kaum etwas zu hören. Hühner, Katzen, Schafe und Ziegen können außerhalb des Grundstücks das ein oder andere mal den Weg kreuzen. Die Menschen in diesem Dorf sind alle sehr freundlich. Der nächste größere Ort ist „Trogir“. Dieser befindet sich ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Unterkunft entfernt. Wenn man zum Strand will fährt man ähnlich bzw. etwas länger. Man ist hier auf das Auto angewiesen, aber lernt dadurch auch etwas mehr von Kroatien kennen. Kleiner Tipp: keine Ausflüge nach Split (oder andere Stadt) wenn es regnet - Verkehrschaos garantiert. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub, die Villa können wir wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön nochmal an Silvia und Damir. Unglaublich liebe und zuvorkommende Menschen. Jederzeit wieder! 😊

Super family accommodation

Lovely welcome from the owner with very thoughtful touches, lovely clean property and effective air conditioning and comfortable sitting area. Great outdoor pool and dining area. Handy small supermarket less than a 5 minute drive away.

Wundervoll und zu Empfehlen

Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauberer Pool, alles wie abgebildet... Netflixzugang vorhanden, die Kinder haben sich über den eigenen Spielplatz und die Hängematte gefreut... Nette Begrüßung, hinreißende Umgebung und toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den krka Nationalpark oder nach Split, Trogir, Sibenik etc. Nur zu empfehlen!

Wunderschöner erholsame Urlaub als Familie

wir 4 kamen an und wurden ganz herzlich von Silvia empfangen. Sie erklärte alles genau und bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit melden. Es gab alles was man (für den ersten Abend) benötigt. Essen, Wein, Bier, Grillkohle,Duschgel usw. Zusätzlich gibt es draußen Pflaumen und Weintrauben zum selbst pflücken die uns das Frühstück zusätzlich versüßten. Einkaufen waren wir, wenn es schnell gehen musste beim 5 min. entfernten Supermarket, größere Einkäufe haben wir im ca. 25 Minuten entfernten Trogir erledigt. Die Stadt ist sehr schön und den Markt muss man gesehen haben. Empfehlen können wir auch das Restaurant "Wild West" in Trogir. Super lecker, freundlich und günstig. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind super schön, perfekt auch für Kinder und sauber. Das Haus ist super sauber und gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen und im Wohn/Essbereich war bei 36 Grad ein Traum. Es gibt eine Eiswürfelmaschine die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Der große Pool ( der ausgiebig genutzt wurde ) wurde regelmäßig gereinigt nach Ankündigung. Es gibt Spielgeräte wir ein Trampolin, Spielturm eine Schaukel und einiges zu erkunden. Wir waren komplett für uns alleine und den Abend haben wir perfekt nach dem grillen im gemauerten Grill beim Sonnenuntergang, Wein und Spiele spielen ausklingen lassen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können die Villa zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Von uns gibt es 5 Sterne +. Vielen Dank für alles Silvia und Damir. Familie Bakker aus Niedersachsen

Traumhafte 14 Tage

Lieber Damir, liebe Silvia, Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in eurer Villa. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wie andere bereits schrieben, gab es zur Ankunft eine Wurst- und Käseplatte und frisches Baguette dazu. Das Haus liegt abseits vom Tourismus. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Der Außenbereich mit dem wunderschönen Pool lädt zum Entspannen, Schwimmen und Spielen ein. Abends sehr gemütlich mit der Beleuchtung. Der Pool hat eine Tiefe von 1,50m und eignet sich prima zum Schwimmen. Wem es zu warm ist, kann sich drinnen mit der Klimaanlage abkühlen. Auch die Schlafzimmer haben eine. Auch Fliegenschutzgitter, sodass Mücken und Fliegen keine Chance haben. Die nächste Stadt, in der wir Essen gegangen sind oder über den täglichen Markt geschlendert sind, ist Trogir. Die Strände bei Split haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Ca 45 Min entfernt. Parken umsonst und direkt am Strand. Lieblingsplatz meines Mannes: die Hängematte unten im Garten. Die meiner Kinder: Pool und Couch mit Netflix. Ich saß sehr gern am Pool oder im Pool auf meiner Luftmatratze. Wir können diese Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden gern wieder kommen, beziehungsweise wären gerne länger geblieben.

Alles sehr schön

Es war alles super wir bekamen bei der Ankunft eine Platte mit Käse und Schinken und Brot und Getränke, sodass wir nicht einkaufen mussten. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und unkompliziert. Da das Haus sehr weit außerhalb ist muss man zum einkaufen für größere einkaufe bis nach trogir fahren. Und auch Restaurants sind keine Fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in der Nähe aber auch besser mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zu Fuß eher schwierig, da man teilweise Hauptstraße ohne Bürgersteig langgehen müsste.

Ruhige Lage, moderne Unterkunft in der es an nichts fehlt

Wir sind mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden gewesen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich mit erstem Startpaket damit man nicht direkt zum Einkaufen musste. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos dargestellt. Wer es ruhig mag ist hier genau richtig, abseits von jeglichem Trubel ca. 20 min von Trogir entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist modern sauber und ziemlich komplett. Wir können nur unsere Empfehlung aussprechen.

Perfect in every way

We had the most wonderful time in this villa. We had very high expectations due to the reviews and we were not disappointed. The hospitality and welcome we were given was second to none and the villa had absolutely everything we needed to have a fabulous holiday. The only thing that Damir couldn’t control for us was the amount of insects, but as long as you bring some repellent, you will be fine! We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful location and great exterior

The house is very convenient and similar to pictures Everything works perfectly and we specially enjoyed the terrasse, pool, pool house. Very comfortable and beautiful view. Damir is a perfect host. We Never had such a welcome (full fridge, welcome at the airport...) It is a very good location to visit Split, Trogir and Krka. We strongly recommend !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

traumhaft schönes Haus und überragende Gastfreundlichkeit

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich toll, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool und die Terrasse mit den Sitzgelegenheiten sind großartig zum Entspannen, Essen, Lesen... Die Lage ist ländlich und ruhig, ab und zu hört man den Zug oder der Schäfer kommt mit seiner Herde vorbei, die Nachbarn haben wir kaum wahrgenommen, hatten also absolut unsere Ruhe. Total überraschend war der Empfang von Damir mit Brot, Schinken, Käse, Keksen, Selbstgebranntem etc. Und die Kühlschränke waren gefüllt mit Wasser, Milch, Säften, Cola, Bier, Wein etc. - einfach unglaublich. Auch sonst fehlte uns nichts - angefangen von Gewürzen bis hin zu Hygieneartikeln im Bad. Alles funktionierte einwandfrei (Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage etc.) und die Betten waren sehr bequem zum Schlafen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und viel gesehen: die Wasserfälle im Nationalpark, die Insel Brac, sind in der blauen Lagune geschwommen, haben uns mit Split und Klis die Drehorte von Game of Thrones angesehen, haben die Zipline bei Omis ausprobiert. Und besonders angetan waren wir von der Altstadt Trogirs - einfach herrlich abends zum Essen und Cocktail trinken. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und bedanken uns herzlich bei Damir für die Geschenke.

Beautiful Villa which has everything

Villa Laurosa is everything you see in the pictures, a beautiful villa up in the hills away from the crowds but with a supermarket 5 minutes away by bike. Damir met us at the airport and took us to a supermarket before heading to the house where a fabulous banquet was waiting for us, we have never received such a great welcome. Damir had also organised 4 bikes which we used to discover the local countryside. The quality of everything in the villa is excellent, and the kitchen is equipped for all dishes you may want to try, I loved all the spices, oils and vinegars and picking tomatoes everyday from the villa’s garden. The teenagers loved the big TV with Netflix’s and of course the Wifi. The outdoor seating area and pool are really special, especially at night with all the fantastic lighting and we loved cooking in the outside oven. Damir is a wonderful owner and is available if and when you need him. If you want to explore Croatia a car is a must here, it’s 20 minutes to Trogir and around 40 minutes to KRKA National Park which is definitely worth visiting. We also loved Omis and the white water rafting on river Cetina and our favourite place for snorkelling and dinner was Primosten. We will definitely return.

Total relaxation

We (a family with 2 kids) spent a lovely week at Damir's villa. Such a peaceful place with an abundance of nature. The location is rural but conveniently located for Trogir, Split and Krka national park. Thanks Damir for a great holiday (already missing those delicious homegrown tomatoes!)

Un Havre de paix, une villa de rêve

La maison est typique, et à la fois très moderne. C'est très calme, nous avons été très bien reçu par le propriétaire (du pain frais, de l'eau fraîche, une assiette d'assortiment de charcuterie et fromage) . Tout est fait ds cette maison pour se sentir ds un cocon. Le cadre est merveilleux, un porche chaleureux pour lire le matin, heureusement qu'il y a la clim car il fait chaud. Pour les enfants, il ne manque rien, balançoire, toboggan trampoline etc. Il y a un potager magnifique et nous pouvons y avoir accès et bio. Le seul bémol ce sont les guêpes autour de la piscine et la ville de trogir à 20mn en voiture.

We spend a lovely week in villa. Host was welcoming us at the airport and he was very helpful. There was some food and drinks provided in the fridge. Nice! The villa has everything needed; barbeque, pool, air-con in every room, wifi, etc. We highly recommend it. Thanks Damir!

A perfect choice

What a fabulous villa. Everything we needed - so well equipped with all mod cons. Outside was a wood fired oven - great for barbeques. The pool was lovely too. Damir was the perfect host and provided a fridge full of beer, water, and also milk & fresh bread and a plate of homemade prosciutto and cheese. All this washed down with homemade schnapps and wine. Choose no other....this is great. Thanks Damir.

Wunderbar stil- und geschmackvoller Rückzugsort mit herzlicher Gastfreundlichkeit

Wir haben unseren 1-wöchigen Urlaub in der Villa Laurosa unheimlich genossen. Die Ankunft war nicht ganz trivial, was aber unserem Navigationsgerät und mangelnder Vorbereitung unsererseits geschuldet - Anruf beim Vermieter hat sofortige Hilfe gebracht. Das Haus war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und erfüllte unsere Erwartungen voll. Wir genossen die ruhige Lage, der Swimmingpool für die Kinder (und uns) herrlich, der Außengrillplatz lud zum Schlemmen ein. Wir wurden vom Vermieter nach langer Anfahrt empfangen und es war unheimlich nett, eine gemischte kalte Platte mit Schinken, Käse, Brot, Milch, Wasser, nebst Wein und Bier vorzufinden. Das Angebot war kostenfrei und herzlich willkommen. Der dem Haus angehörender Gemüsegarten war voller Tomaten und Gurken, die wir ernten und verwenden durften. Das Objekt selbst ist liebevoll eingerichtet, ein toller Rückzugsort und der Vermieter sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen dieses Objekt uneingeschränkt.

A stunning, well equipped and peaceful villa, perfect for families.

This property is as lovely as the pictures suggest. The property exterior is sympathetic to the surroundings whilst the inside is cool and contemporary, with effective AC. The inside works really well for eating and relaxing. The property excels in its nice outdoor area and swimming pool, with a well thought, covered eating area and BBQ. The local surroundings are very quiet, authentic and relaxing, with a handy supermarket nearby. The WiFi is good for keeping your kid's gadgets working! The host was helpful, friendly and wonderfully generous, leaving us some local food and the use of the garden for fresh peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes was great too We absolutely loved it and with Split, Trogir and the National Park within easy drives, we highly recommend it!

sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus mit Pool - Erholung und Privatsphäre pur!

Wir - 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder - haben sehr schöne und erholsame Tage in diesem Feriendomizil verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und entspricht zu 100% den Bildern als auch der Beschreibung. Der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, sehr gastfreundlich! Um die Umgebung erkunden zu können benötigt man definitiv ein Auto, dann sind die Entfernungen allerdings sehr überschaubar und viele Orte gut zu erreichen. Für uns ein optimaler Urlaub: schönes Haus mit Pool, Ruhe und Natur mit der Option Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu unternehmen. Sehr zu empfehlen!
