A modern bungalow, one of seven other properties on a private development, the property sleeps two people in one bedroom, with separate bathroom and light and airy open plan living area. Enjoy the sounds of the sea from your own patio. There is parking for one car. Separated from the beach by the seawall and beach path leading into the town of Marazion where you will find a fine selection of cafes, restaurants and galleries to browse and soak up the coastal atmosphere.Note: This group of properties are situated 35m from the Penzance to Redruth railway line.
Note: One well-behaved dog welcome at an additional charge of £15.00.
