The appartment is completely renovated, has two be...

The appartment is completely renovated, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with large living area. There is a rather new kitchen inside with dishwasher and dining space which is conveniently located. The appartment is on the ground floor, so less light comes in, which is useful especially during summer because it is not hot. The owner installed AC inside, but we never used it since we did not need it. Rooms were very clean and all the material (soap, towels and items for cooking were there). Outside there is a big terrace in front of entry to appartment which is handy for late night sitting outside and during the day, because there is shadow all the time. The beach front is like 50m away across small road and down the stairs and it is sandy beach, shallow which is good for children. Even though the sun is there in the morning after 15:00 it is completely in shadow, so you can really enjoy the view of Biograd. The appartment is not far from city center, but city is more like a village than a city so you can enjoy peace. The owner is very nice and helpful, so we all liked the accomodation we have chosen. If you look at the pictures, everything is different now in a better way, because of renovation. I highly recommend it. :) <3

Simpaticen apartma dovolj velik za 5 clansko druzi...

Simpaticen apartma dovolj velik za 5 clansko druzino z vso opremo, ki jo na dopustu potrebujete. Je brez klime vendar vseeno dovolj hladen. Zunaj ima zelo uporabno, veliko leseno mizo, ki je cel dan v senci. Zunaj je tudi tus. Plaza je zelo blizu (samo cez lokalno cesto) in po nekaj stopnicah dol. Malo moteca je edino blizina ceste, ce imate majhne otroke, ki pa vseeno ni prevec prometna. Gospa je zelo prijazna. Do majnega mesteca Tkon je 5-10 minut s skiroji, kjer imate nekaj lokalov, trgovino, trznico, mesnico, ribarnico, pekarne, ... Vredno obiska!
