Beachfront house. Capacity for 8 people. Ideal for two couples with children.
It consists of two double bedrooms, two doubles (all with ceiling fan), two bathrooms and a toilet, living room-dining room-kitchen all connected, parking for two cars, two terraces of 21 m2, (one with awnings, shower exterior and countertop with sink) and a roof terrace. All windows have mosquito nets. All appliances are new and fridge and freezer are large capacity. It has a washing machine, ironing board, iron, bath towels, sheets, hair dryer, TV and internet connection. The common room has a high-power AC and fan. It includes electricity, water and internet.
Located in the best area of Rota, you have everything close but noise. 50 meters from the pine forest, the beach and Las Dunas beach bar; which has a chill out area with live music. The windsurfing and sailing school for children and adults is 200m away. Right next to the free botanical garden, 5 minutes walk from the promenade and its variety of restaurants, 6 minutes walk from the Mercadona and 15 minutes from the center of Rota.

Amazing Beach House

We had later flights and the host was very flexible in checking us in. He was also very responsive. The house has all the consciences, it is in a quiet neighborhood, and so close to the beach. We had an amazing time! Plenty of space for our family of five and we slept comfortably.
