L'appartement est très bien situé (4 min de la plage en voiture), propre et fonctionnel. Le grand plus est la magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer et la montagne! Points à améliorer : - la cabine de douche est un peu trop petite, à mon avis y a un moyen d'installer une plus grande vu que la salle de bain est spacieuse - les prises électriques de la cuisine, derrière le micro-onde sont un petit peu proche de l'évier, à voir s'il est possible de les déplacer. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce joli appartement, nous le recommandons sans hésitation! Begona et Antonio sont au petits soins malgré la barrière de la langue (je ne parle que Français ;) ), merci à vous

Très agréable location

L’appartement est bien situé au calme et à proximité de la plage de Rosas. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse avec vue sur mer et montagne. Le logement est tres propre avec tout le nécessaire en vaisselle et la propriétaire très agréable nous a fourni plein de renseignements utiles pour les visites.

Endroit propre et au calme entre mer et montagne

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Begona et Antonio qui nous ont donné de bonnes adresses de restaurant (où nous nous sommes vraiment régalés !!) Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement au calme et en retrait de l'agitation touristique de Roses, propre et bien agencé avec tout le confort nécessaire. La belle terrasse offre une belle vue sur la mer et sur les couchers de soleil et un espace ombragé et ventlé pour les déjeuners ou diners. Encore merci à nos hôtes !!

Séjour au top !

L'appartement est spacieux et la vue sur la mer et les montagnes est un vrai plus. Environnement calme avec un grand jardin fermé par un portail électrique et un parking privé (très appréciable en haute saison à Roses). La grande terrasse est peut-être l'endroit où nous avons aimé passer le plus de temps. L'appartement offre tout l'équipement nécessaire et les rangements sont nombreux. La baie de Roses et le centre ville se trouvent à 5 minutes en voiture. Les commodités sont à 2 minutes. L'avantage c'est qu'on bénéficie du calme tout en étant proche du centre ville. Les propriétaires sont adorables et ont vraiment été soucieux de notre bien-être pendant notre séjour. Une très belle rencontre en ce qui nous concerne. Bref, nous avons passé trois magnifiques semaines.

Hola amigos, pasamos una semana en este estupendo apartamento, muy original, práctico y con todo detalle y nos encantó. El jardin es enorme y está muy limpio. Además, agradecimos mucho fué el aparcamiento en el interior de la finca. Roses y en especial esta casa, están en un lugar estratégico y bien situado para conocer todo el lugar. Los dueños muy agradables y serviciales y nos recomendaron un montón de lugares que visitar, cosa que agradecimos enormemente. Lo malo.... una semana nos quedó corta Gracias para vosotros Andoni y Begoña Volveremos!!!!

¡Un acierto!

Nuestra estancia ha sido de lo más agradable y confortable gracias a este tranquilo apartamento que nos ha ofrecido todas las comodidades. Está algo alejado del centro pero muy cerca al mismo tiempo, para nosotros fue ganar en tranquilidad y accesibilidad para visitar los demás pueblos de la Costa Brava. La habitacion y salón disponen de una cama y sofá, respectivamente, muy cómodos que nos proporcionaron un buen descanso. La terraza, muy amplia, nos ha ofrecido momentos de relax total pues desde ella, se puede observar todo Roses y el mar. La cocina dispone de todos los detalles para que puedas realizar cualquier plato como si estuvieras en casa. Destacar el trato tan amable y servicial que hemos recibido de Begoña, la propietaria, que desde el primer momento nos dio mucha confianza y seguridad. Además de su cordialidad y simpatía, nos dejó por escrito un montón de recomendaciones sobre distintas zonas que nos fueron de gran ayuda. Para nosotros, ha sido un acierto alojarnos en este apartamento. Se lo recomendaría a todas aquellas personas que quieran conocer las maravillas de la Costa Brava y que quieran escapar de las aglomeraciones y el jaleo pero pudiendo acceder a todo tipo de servicios con facilidad y rapidez.

"Nos pareció un apartamento ideal. Tiene todo lo disponible para pasar unas vacaciones ideales. Apartamento muy limpio, acogedor que cuenta con un amplio jardín muy cuidado y grandioso. Situado en un lugar perfecto. Tranquilo de verdad Vistas estupendas a la bahía de Roses desde la enorme terraza muy bien equipada. A éste apartamento además de la tranquilidad, terraza, vistas y limpieza....no le falta detalle. Los propietarios personas encantadoras y siempre disponibles. Nos recomendaros lugares que visitar que merecieron especialmente la pena y nos hicieron muy agradable nuestras vacaciones. La vivienda era en todo c...

La vivienda era en todo conforme a lo expuesto en el anuncio.Limpia y con todo el equipamiento necesario para una estancia agradable. A destacar la enorme terraza,que hemos disfrutado mucho y el jardín, muy cuidado. La propietaria ha estado disponible en todo momento para solucionar cualquier eventualidad y, además, nos proporcionó una información muy completa acerca de excursiones y actividades en la zona. La vivienda, situada en una urbanización, está muy bien ubicada para, desde ella, moverse por los muchos lugares interesantes que se pueden visitar. Aunque está a poca distancia de la bahía de Roses, conviene utilizar coche. Aviso, hay muchos libros, pero en alemán. Si no entendeis el idioma, llevaos el vuestro, aunque, con buen tiempo,éste pequeño detalle pasa completamente a último término.Recomendable.
