MENUIRES（ベテックススロープ）のスキースロープから300 m未満のLavassay村にあり、3つのバリーにアクセスできます。
スキーの後は、プライベートな屋外ジャクージとシャウナ（シャレーの2つのアパートメントに共通）でリラックスし、理想的で広いテラスをお楽しみください。 また、装飾的な電気暖炉、テレビ、DVD、CDプレーヤーでリラックスできるアパートメントのラウンジエリアもご利用ください。
無料のWI-FIアクセスとシートが提供されます。
アパートメントは、シャワールーム（シャワー、シンク）を備えた5つのベッドルーム、バスタブとトイレ付きのバスルーム、2つの独立したトイレ（各フロアに1つ）で構成されています。

Authentique, terrasse plein sud, super vacance

Parti a cheval sur Avril et Mai nous avons passé de super vacances dans ce logement. ( Ski sur Val Thorens)Nous étions 2 familles de 4 dans ce logement intelligemment agencé, il y largement de la place pour tous (Encore un clip clac et 1 chambre double de libre). Il y a des douches à cabine un peu partout.Jacuzzi et sauna au top.Exposition de la terrasse parfaite.Proprio très sympa et communication facile.La meilleure évaluation que je fais depuis longtemps.Je recommande vivement.

Ski Holiday - Les Menuires

Fantastic chalet that is very well equipped, including sauna and hot tub. The owners were really good and dealt with a few small issues very quickly. The chalet is in Lavassaix, which is a little bit outside of les menuires, but only a couple of minutes from Bettex blue run

Easter break

Two families of four stayed at the property for 1 week. The property was ample in space and well equipped for our party. Off-street parking was a plus. The property benefits from having a shared sauna with another apartment and private hot tub. These were a big plus for our party. The accommodation has good access to both les Menuires and val thorens by car or bus. Ski to door on the bettex slope was not possible due to the low snow coverage. The hosts are very flexible and available when required. The daily bread and croissant delivery was a big hit with our party. One area to be aware of when booking this property is that it is split level and three of the bedrooms are on the lower floor which is accessed by a steep spiral staircase. This was not an issue for our party but may be for others with smaller children or mobility constraints. We would recommend the property and are looking to return again in future.

Excellent séjour de ski

Très bel appartement dans une maison, bien équipé et spacieux. Le jaccuzi et le sauna sont un vrai régal après les pistes. Réellement bien situé par rapport aux pistes. Accueil au top de L'Hôte, réactif et sympathique. Seul léger défaut, l'accès au centre ville doit se faire en voiture, trop loin à pieds. Nous avons passé un super séjour, encore merci !

Great chalet apartment - virtually ski in ski out

Less than 200m walk to snow - virtually ski-in ski-out. Lovely well equipped duplex apartment with own hot tub and shared sauna. Washing machine a real bonus. Michael was really accommodating and great communication. We loved the daily croissants and bread delivered to just outside front door - payment extra. Note payment extra for towels - just 5E pp. Enough hot water for 10 back to back showers and shower room ensuite for all rooms. 3 toilets for the group. Beds very comfortable. Levassaix is a small village about 1.5km from the centre of Les Menuires, but excellent ski shop and supermarket just 1 min drive on main road. Thanks again for a great week - we definitely recommend this accommodation.

Tolle Woche in Les Menuires

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super, wir hatten eine tolle Ski-Woche mit Freunden. Die Vermieter wohnen direkt über der Ferienwohnung und standen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Großartiger Empfang mit Gastgeschenk. Der Brötchenservice am Morgen war klasse. Außerdem haben wir die Sauna und den eigenen Whirlpool sehr genossen. Zur/von der Piste (Richtung Bettex-Lift) waren es lediglich 100 m Fußweg. Zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Dorfmitte hingegen ein gutes Stück und die Räumlichkeiten in der Ferienwohnung sind etwas eng. Es wurde dort aus dem Platzangebot das Maximale herausgeholt :-) Wir können die Unterkunft dennoch absolut empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals an die Gastgeber.

Wunderbare Unterkunft. Super Host

Die Unterkunft liegt 3min zu Fuß von der Piste entfernt. Als ersten Lift muss der Bettaix Lift genommen werden. Von dort gelangt man zu allen Liften in Les Menuires. Die Unterkunft bietet Betten für 10 Personen und den Sofabereich, den man zum Schlafen umbauen kann, sodass 12 Personen theoretisch in der Unterkunft Platz finden. Das ist dann aber sehr eng. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Auch für Raclettte und Fondue. Es gibt eine große Terasse und jedes Zimmer hat eine Dusche und ein Waschbecken. Die Zimmer sind klein. Dafür ist viel Platz im Gemeinschaftsbereich. Ein super Aufenthalt. Daher sehr zu empfehlen!

Lovely host and a great space. 11 guests and plenty of room

We had an amazing week in this property. It is a fabulous space, inculding spacious kitchen and living area, with a hot tub and sauna just to top it off. The host was great - providing us with bread and pastry every morning. If the snow is good, it is a short walk to the side of the piste. Approx 70m. The closest shop is quite a walk away, around 20+ mins away, however we had a car which was very helpful at this chalet due to ski hire being even further away. But as the property has a large parking area out front, this made it all very easy. With the host clearing the driveway every morning. Amazing - and would book again in an instant

The chalet is very well equipped and has easy access to the bettex ski lift. Coming back to the jacuzzi after a day in the slopes is a nice touch.

A lovely chalet ideal for family or groups of friends

We had a great week of skiing. The ski area is amazing and Access to a close by blue run is good but became very icey by the end of the week. The chalet was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. We would definitely recommend it.
