Stunning villa with Swimming pool located five minutes drive from the centre of St Tropez and walking distance to the Canoubiers beach. The famous beaches of Pampelonne and les Salins are just a a short drive away. The house is also very well located if you enjoy running and walking as there are some beautiful walks along the coast starting from plage des Canoubiers.

The villa is located off Chemin des Salins which is in a highly exclusive and residential area near the famous parcs de st tropez. The Villa is on one level and consists of five bedrooms and three bathrooms with a recent swimming pool. There is a large and comfortable living room , a separate large dining room which both open out onto a beautiful outside terrace which has an outdoor living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The villas has a large mature garden with beautiful trees, a spacious dinning area on the terrace, full wifi and air conditioning in all bedrooms. The driveway allows space for four cars.

The villa is in the perfect location yet totally serene in the picture perfect Provençal setting surrounded by stunning pin trees, ancient olive tree and blooming Laurius. It is also well equipped for families, children and friends to have a wonderful holiday in St Tropez whatever the season.

Wonderful villa

Wonderful villa with high standard in a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood. The villa is very well equipped and kept and offers a lot of room. The garden and sourroundings are beautiful and very generous. Very friendly and caring owners. We would love to come back.

Wonderful vacation home close to everything

We stayed in this beautiful villa for two weeks as a family of 8 and really enjoyed every minute of it. The house was in a stunning location, quiet in the vineyards but only a 5 minutes drive from central St. Tropez and the beaches. Everything was perfectly nice and neat, super clean and nicely decorated. A lot of the decoration was telling family history and we felt home for the very first minute. The garden and pool area are outstanding. The house is perfect for families that are looking for a cozy and relaxing holiday. A little piece of heaven. The contact with the owner was super friendly and always on point. We will definitely come back next year.

I am French and am based in Lyon, France about 4 hrs from St Tropez. I used to be an artist and spend a lot at the house in the Summer months with my daughter, son in law and two grandchildren who are all based in London. I have also always love spending time at the house during autumn and spring as the weather is lovely and there are lots of cultural events and of course the big sailing event in October with Les Voiles is a must to attend. Christmas and new year are also great at the house.

This property is trully situated in a wonderful prime location on routes des salins. Very close to the beach and the centre of town yet surrounded by nature.
A very unique and serene setting to enjoy both St Tropez life and recharge your batteries.
