Stylish Notting Hill Studio Flat that can sleep 4 people

Situated near Westbourne Grove, the property is a wonderful newly refurbished studio flat in the heart of Notting Hill.

The flat is just a few yards from lots of great local restaurants shops and supermarkets whilst positioned in a quiet road.

Getting around London from here is easy. It’s a 10 minute walk to 3 tube stations and many buses stop nearby.

It’s only a brisk 10 minute stroll to Hyde Park

Perfect for up to 4 people, it is well designed to make the most of the space with a king sized double bed and a very comfortable, easy to operate king sized double sofa bed.

It has a fully equipped Kitchen with granite work tops and a breakfast bar.

The kitchen is fitted with modern high end appliances including a dishwasher, extractor, washing machine, microwave, grill/oven and an induction hob. It includes all you need, with high end cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The coffee table converts into a dining table with space for 4 people.

Bathroom includes a full sized bath and seperate shower unit.

Freshly laundered high quality towels and linen are provided.

There is a 46 inch flat screen JVC TV with a moveable bracket, and Chromecast facilities.

High speed wireless broadband is provided, and a Sony radio/music player is available.

Underfloor heating provided throughout.

We are flexible on check in and out times, and where possible can arrange early or late arrivals and departures.

We can also consider pets staying by prior agreement.

Prooerty was neat and clean. The items that were not on the amenities were a hair dryer ( we purchased one) clothes dryer was a rack to hang clothes not one with the washer. Towels were not drying over the day for next use. Ventilation in the bathroom had mold developing on the ceiling. Property could use a mirror near an outlet to plug in hair dryer. Also property had only 2 bath towels and a hand towel in the bathroom. Could use another set plus wash cloths.

Neighborhood Vibe for City Adventurers

This basement flat is well located near buses and 3 tube lines for exploring London and a doable walk to/from Paddington station and connections to Heathrow.The neighborhood is lively with shops, pubs, restaurants, and small markets very nearby.We stayed for 13 nights. The furnishings are a bit worn and we would have appreciated more towels, but it is a complete studio as shown and all appliances are functional.The host left a complete instruction sheet and his phone number, and was always responsive to texts.Recommended for multiple night stays.

We loved the flat in Notting Hill. It was close to everything, shops, restaurants, transport and parks. The flat was well equipped and very quiet at night. Thank you David for a wonderful stay.

Canadians Abroad

My husband and I brought my 65 year old parents to London and stayed at the flat. This was our first time using VRBO and David was super easy to work with to make sure we were all set. The flat itself was right by a Main Street with shops and restaurants so made it super easy to get groceries. We walked to Hyde Park (15-20 minutes at slower pace) a couple of times and then grabbed an uber when we were too tired. The neighbourhood was really clean and felt safe. The flat itself was ad described on the listing. Beds were comfy and shower was lovely. We didn’t spend a ton of time in the flat but when we were there it was a great place to relax.

Great Accommodation for our Short Stay

This property is exactly as advertised. Clean and efficient studio for a two person short stay. Stairs down to the basement flat are a bit daunting, but we managed even with large suitcases. This flat is not the lap of luxury, but we didn’t expect that, and it suited us perfectly.

Cute Little Gem

If you would like to feel what it would be like to live in Notting Hill then this is the place for you. It is a cute basement apartment on a side street just off the hustle and bustle. Close to cafes and restaurants, as well as the tube. Heck, if the weather is ok, its walkable (1-2 miles) to almost everything. Host was great, would definitely recommend.

Modern, clean, and comfortable flat in the lively neighborhood.

The flat is conveniently located, 5 minutes walk from the tube. It’s quiet despite being close to a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops of diversified ethnicity. Neighborhood feels safe and friendly. Owner is very responsive. We liked the modern feel of the flat with all the amenities. Kitchen is well equipped but why would you want to cook with all the great culinary options few steps away. All in all, when I go to London again, and I will, I will try to stay there again.

Modern flat close to great ethnic restaurants

We had some difficulty finding the lockbox with the keys and once found, we tried for quite some time to unlock the door before we realized that there were 2 locks, one of which was low on the door and covered. The place was comfortable for two people and beautifully renovated. We loved the many ethnically diverse restaurants in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, the outside of the building was covered with scaffolding to renovate the building's façade. That partially blocked an already very narrow stairway and made it even narrower. I would not have rented the place, had I known about it. Easy access to the tube.

Perfect for a stay in London

The studio is great. Comes with anything you could ever need and is new and beautiful. Really close to two different underground stations connecting to three different lines and there's many supermarkets and different places to eat just around the corner. David was easy to communicate with and took care of everything we needed. We had a great stay here!

The flat looks exactly like the picture. It was clean and we felt safe/secure. Just be aware that the picture is essentially the whole flat in terms of space. There is a full kitchen area and a decent sized bathroom. Getting into the flat may be a challenge with oversize luggage due to a tight turning staircase. The host was friendly and informative. The area the flat is in is wonderful. There are a ton of food options within a two minute walk, including a grocery if needed/desired. Definitely go to Alley Cat Pizza. The best food I had on my two week multi-country trip. The walk to Notting Hill Gate Station is pleasant, if a bit far with luggage. We were able to walk to Kensington Palace and the Royal Albert Hall in about 20-30 minutes. We had no trouble navigating the Underground to get to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, and Buckingham Palace. While not really central to these places this flat did allow us to have a quiet night after we had been out and about.

séjour très agréable chez David

Nous avons passé un long week end très sympa chez David ! la communication était parfaite, le logement correspondait à nos attentes. Malgré la forte chaleur à Londres, le studio est très frais, fonctionnel et bien placé. Des bus et 3 stations de métro se trouvent à moins de 10/12 minutes à pieds, je recommande !
