Miltiadis Farm is set in a secluded quiet area away from the main road. The grounds are very private and the villas are spaciously set apart. The owner, Peter, has ensured that every attention to detail in the planning and design has resulted in offering the best in comfort, charm and character.
This villa is offering as well the possibility of an 2-4 people on a small villa on the same land than the main Miltiadis villa. if you are interested, please contact us for more information.
The farm offers one 3 bedroom villa with its own swimming pool
The 3 bedroom villa has a ground floor with a beautifully designed reception area with top of the range Italian fitted kitchen, corner fireplace and many features. The hallway leads to a bright & airy double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which comprises of a jacuzzi-bath, walk-in shower, WC & vanity washbasin unit. The first floor has a further spacious bedroom with a double & single bed and en-suite shower room, which has a walk-in shower, WC & vanity washbasin unit.
Agios Ioannis is ideally located. Very closed from Lefkada City down town, you will not need your car to reach the city to enjoy night life of doing some shoppings. bicycle will be perfect to move around the villa. As well, at walking distance is the beautiful beach of Agios Ioannis with its crystal clear blue sea. A nice walk on the morning will bring you to this little piece of paradise.
For the sportive ones, one of the most famous European spot for kite surfing is located near by the villa where you will find some very stable winds, shallow waters and teachers to help start safely with this amazing extrem sport.
On the peaceful garden of the villa, the children will be able to play safely without fear of the cars. Of course, the pool remains under the parents responsability.
