Agali maizonette

The building is of recent construction and consists of four maisonettes,all of which have a view to the sea just meters from your balcony.
The maisonette is 85 square meters and can accommodate five people, is autonomous with heating/air-conditioning ,basic kitchen facilities(fridge,cooker,pots and pans,dishes and cutlery), 30 sq meter private balcony ,television, Wifi and parking.
Two friendly dogs live in the back garden. On the ground floor is the restaurant cafe AGKALI which serves traditional food cooked with extra virgin olive oil from my personal farm.
We serve complete breakfast,lunch,dinner,and freshly caught fish from our local fisherman is also available on request.
All of these can be enjoyed in the cafe or at tables next to the sea, room service is also available.
As in keeping with the atmosphere of the area, AGKALI cafe restaurant is a low key and relaxing place.

Perfect place to be, even during a storm!

My family and I stayed here, and unfortunately the cyclone was passing Greece. This was the perfect place to be to weather out the storm. We ate at the restaurant, watched the waves wash over the road and then invited our friends upstairs to our apartment where we could just enjoy laughing and talking in the living room with the balcony doors open! Two days later, it was like nothing ever happened, we swam in the calm waters just across the small road. The owner is friendly and his restaurant serves the best coffees, wine and food. Don't forget to try his olives :) We loved them so much we brought some home with us. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer!

Beautiful

Beautiful full-optional apartment with terrace. There is a taverna on the ground floor where you can eat delicious food. In the mini market you can find everything you need but it is too expensive, I'd suggest to find another one if you have a car. Dimitris is a great host, he gave us all the information we needed for our holiday and was very helpful

Made very welcome by costas on arrival. Ideal location, superb views. Will be going back. Very peaceful Nice taverna below. Small shop next door for all your needs. Food drinks etc. Highly recommend Thanks Dimitris

Great location close to a pebble beach

We had a mostly relaxing stay at this property. It’s proximity to a pristine beach was the best part. There were a few things I did not enjoy though. The refrigerator did not work properly and froze many of our fruits and vegetables, so we had a lot of wasted food. The coffee maker had an old filter from a previous renter and was filled with green mold, fortunately my husband had his pour over cup filter, but we were pretty disgusted. It made me question how thoroughly the place was cleaned before we arrived. The balcony had a beautiful view of the bay facing west but no proper table and chairs so we were forced to eat in the tiny cramped kitchen downstairs. My first attempt at using the oven again confirmed the lack of care in cleanliness. The inside of the oven was coated with a burnt black something that fell into my food while it was cooking, gross! Don’t know the last time it was attended too. I know people will say, why are you cooking anyway, you’re on vacation but I enjoy it and that’s one of reasons we rented an apartment vs staying in a hotel. More importantly, I don’t know how common it is for the owner to come knocking at your door at 8:00pm asking if he could show the place to a potential renter at 9:00pm, but it happened to us and we did not appreciate it. The guy showed up after I had put my young daughter to bed and subsequently woke her up. Parking is sketchy too, you have to back in to the lot on a hairpin turn, not easy in a rental car. It wasn’t totally bad. The beach was great, the view was great, but with some extra attention to the place and some better manners from the owner, we would have certainly enjoyed ourselves more.

FANTASTIC! AWESOME! RELAXING!

We stayed here at the end of the tourist season and it seemed like we had the whole place to ourselves! BTW, the "cafe" is a fantastic restaurant! You could have all your meals here! We arrived later than expected so the host wasn't there but his mother was. I thought this was very charming. They were all (staff) very accommodating. The rocky beach was beautiful. We could sit on our balcony or on the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets. It rained one day so we took a walk south and found a sandy beach! You could explore main peninsula further south or spend time in Kalamata, or just hang out and relax. Thank you to Dimitrios, Gabriella, and George for a week that was nothing short of AWESOME! Efcharisto!!!

Tout était parfait ! Un logement de qualité, très bien aménagé dont 1 chambre en mezzanine avec vue sur la mer et une terrasse fabuleuse en front de mer. Le propriétaire est absolument charmant et fait tout pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Son restaurant est vraiment très sympa, une cuisine simple mais de qualité. A conseiller, c’est sur !
