Our newly renovated Atlantic Beach Retreat is ready to welcome you! We’ve updated the condo with new flooring, custom cabinetry and countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, and a fresh coat of paint. With the addition of a third bedroom, new mattresses, expanded primary bathroom, and stylish new furniture, we’re excited for you to experience our refreshed space!

This oceanfront condo is perfect for couples or small families seeking a home away from home. For the Spring and Summer seasons, we offer weekly rentals from Sunday to Sunday. During the off-season, we welcome stays of two nights or more, with monthly rentals available as well. The condo features a primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and stunning ocean views, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The primary bathroom boasts a double vanity sink, and the open-concept layout includes a living room, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen. The highlight: a private patio with breathtaking beach and ocean views!

The property offers a range of amenities, including a large open field for sports, a playground, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a basketball goal, gas and charcoal grills, a sauna, a hot tub, a fitness center, and elevators throughout the building. There is also wheelchair-accessible beach access.

Beautiful condo. Nice ocean view. There is a short distance to the beach, but the walkway is not too long and has a nice rolled out wheelchair ramp through the dune to the beach. Unbelievably wide beach, not too crowded.The condo itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This condo belongs to my dad, my sister, and me. We live in Durham, NC and enjoy coming to the beach with family and friends on the weekends, holidays, or during the summer. I grew up coming here with my parents and sister since age 3 and have always valued my time here with them. We have enjoyed renovating our condo together in recent years.

Why they chose this property

My parents bought this condo when I was 5. We always loved coming to Atlantic Beach before we finally bought this place. Atlantic Beach has a lot to offer in the way of indoor and outdoor activities, but it's also a more private, smaller beach in comparison to the larger, commercial beaches. There is ALWAYS ample space on the beaches and plenty to do even here on site.

What makes this property unique

Our condominium features a large, open field for sports, playground, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, basketball goal, gas and charcoal grills, sauna, hot tub, and fitness center. As a child, I also LOVED the indoor pool feature, as we would come down at all times throughout the year, and I could usually always entice my mom to take me by saying, "You can relax in the hot tub while I play!" :)

Some of my favorite things to do here now include enjoying a cup of coffee on the patio early in the morning, grilling out with my dad, long walks on the beach, and eating at some of my favorite local eateries.
