Big bright flat for 4-6 people with good links to around the city

We bent over backwards to please this guest - she arrived late at night (after 10pm) with 9 people when 5 were only staying, and was pleased about the complimentary wine and the flat. Unfortunately there was an issue with the hot water the next day, which we dealt with immediately, and made alternative arrangements for them. They did not need to stay in the flat while we did so (in fact Simona was not there) and her sister and grandma who were there didn't seem to bothered and were joking with the boiler man. After that, we did not get told there was a continuing issue until AFTER they left, in fact she told me everything else "was perfect" and asked to keep my number for the future. Had she said something while her family were still there, we would have obviously have tried to fix it while they were out and about. But she was constantly hassling me after, including about the deposit which I released sooner than the homeaway default time, and turned really nasty. I offered her a discount on a future stay, but she wanted me to deposit it into her account, which I won't do. I cannot recommend her as she is unreasonable, hassling and sadly lacks the grace of her sister and grandmother, who were lovely. Fingers absolutely burnt with this guest.
