1 chambre annexe / appartement indépendant près de la gare de West Byfleet

Notre appartement / appartement à un lit est attaché à notre maison. 5 minutes à pied de la gare de West Byfleet avec un accès facile à Londres (25 minutes). Cuisine complète avec laveuse / sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson, four et micro-ondes. La chambre peut être équipée d'un lit king-size ou de lits jumeaux. Salle de bain complète avec baignoire et douche. Grand salon / salle à manger avec un bureau pour travailler. WiFi gratuit et télévision par câble. Complètement autonome avec entrée latérale.
L'appartement fait partie intégrante de notre maison familiale dans une rue très paisible et, même si nous limitons le bruit au minimum, nous partageons le même bâtiment. Nous sommes heureux de vous aider avec votre séjour ou de vous donner autant d'intimité que vous le souhaitez. Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir chez nous!
Accès facile aux aéroports d'Heathrow et de Gatwick, une base idéale pour visiter Londres et le sud-est. Les attractions locales incluent les jardins de Wisley, le parc Thorpe, les jardins Savile, le château de Windsor et le parc Lego. Accès facile en voiture à Ascot, aux courses de Sandown et d'Epsom, au tennis de Wimbledon, au golf de Wentworth. Les collines de Surrey, Guildford et la côte sud sont tous accessibles. Nous sommes membres d'un parcours de golf local et pouvons donc vous fournir de nombreuses informations sur tous les parcours locaux, y compris les 3 W!

Excellent accommodation with private parking. The house is in a quiet and attractive location a short walk to the railway station and town centre shops.

A little piece of paradise

We loved everything about our stay. The location is superb, so convenient to London being 30 mins on the train yet quiet and beautiful in Surrey. The annex is divine, has everything you’d need, immaculate, and our Hosts were gracious and kind and gave awesome hints and tips whilst not being intrusive at all. Really was the perfect stay and we loved it.

Perfect getaway

Great accommodation close to West London with easy access to Hampton Court, National Trust locations in the Surrey Hills. Approximately to West Byfleet station makes getting in London easy. Property owners made us very welcome.

Our stay in Addlestone

This property is in a quiet and very attractive location with safe parking. The annexe offers everything you need for a comfortable stay and is bright and welcoming with views over the garden. It provides a good base for visiting places such as the RHS Garden at Wisley, Brooklands Motor Museum, Hampton Court and Windsor and it is a 10 minute walk to West Byfleet station for trains into London.

Felt Right at Home

This cottage like suite overlooking the garden was quiet, comfortable and tidy. The location was excellent, close to the train station but far enough away that there was no noise. The neighborhood itself is leafy and aptly represents the best of English suburban neighborhoods, so nice to hear the birds in the morning. Our hosts were friendly, considerate and helpful. We'd stay here again if next in the area.

Garden flat oasis

Our host greeted us warmly on arrival and gave a tour of our annex. Basic food supplies were on hand, in the well-planned kitchen overlooking a manicured garden, and all rooms admitted sunshine are quiet in an upscale neighborhood. It felt like home away from home!

Home from home.

A warm welcome from our host and a lovely hamper of a few essentials greeted us on arrival. We loved this property, beautifully clean and comfortable with everything guests could need and in a quiet, peaceful and picturesque area. Village shops, restaurants and train station a pleasant 10 minute walk away with excellent train services into London. The hosts are on site but not intrusive at all but available if we needed anything. We really felt at home here and would highly recommend the property.

Couldn’t recommend Gill’s Annexe highly enough. Beautiful area and great location for London. Gill is a lovely host. Extra touches made our stay so enjoyable. Lots of kitchen basics. We didn’t want for anything. We will be back!

Highly Recommended A+++

Our stay was what we expected and more. The property was exactly as described and I highly recommend. The kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom and bathroom were all spacious and very comfortable. Gill was a great host. Communication was exceptional and she gave us tips, advice and guidance that went above and beyond - thank you Gill! Again, if you are considering a stay I would highly recommend!

Very nice high standard apartment

It was very quiet and comfortable with a view to the garden and a parking lot for the car. It was just 5 min. away fom the station. From there it was 30 min. to London.(12.80 £ return ticket). Very good for exploring London. We will definitely come back. Thanus a lot.

Great rental in a perfect location.

We were returning to the area we used to live in and found this perfect little rental in a quiet area close to West Byfleet. The rental was exactly as shown in the pictures and had everything we could ever want and was really comfortable. Gill and Paul were great hosts and responsive to any queries we had. The location is perfect as you can walk to the local pub (great food), West Byfleet railway station and Waitrose supermarket in West Byfleet. There is a pleasant walk along the canal to the Anchor pub in Pyrford which is a pleasant canal side setting and expansive menu of great food. Looking forward to visiting again.

Quiet and convenient

Short Surrey break

Very good property, clean, well equipped and lovely garden. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. Took a little while to locate the property but it was well worth it. I’d definitely stay there again and recommend it’s location as there’s so much to do in the area.

Lovely annexe

Gill was a great host and the annexe was lovely with all amenities required including fast broadband and full Virgin TV including sports and movies. There was a welcome hamper also which inlcuded bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, cake and everything you need was provided. The area is lovely and walking distance to all the local shops and train station. If we're ever visiting the area again then would definitely come back and stay here.
