A huge villa that is considered as a listed building in the heart of the beautiful village Laneia. It is a 3 bedroom house that can fit up to 7 persons (ideal for family) with fitted kitchen, dining area and a large living room with a fireplace. There is also a huge yard fully equipped with chairs, sofas and barbecue staff. The villa provides all the stuff you need. The village has restaurants, supermarket and cafe and it is located 20 minutes from Limassol centre.Laneia village provides a supermarket next to the villa, two restaurants and a cafe. There are also some historical places in the village that you can see. It is located 20 minutes from Limassol centre and 25 minutes from the top of Troodos mountain. Ideal for summer as it is close to Limassol which is a seaside city and also for the winter as it close from top of Troodos mountain for ski and snow fans.

Wonderful villa

The owners we’re in close communication with us to make the checking process easy. The villa is quaint and cozy with great central access to the mountains and beaches of Cyprus.
