Très satisfaits

Appartement très bien agencé, moderne, très propre avec jardin. Quartier calme. Propriétaire attentif. Situation légèrement excentré mais arrêt de bus 202 à côté avec carte Andante donc centre ville en 10 minutes

Appartement trés agréable et trés propre; un seul bémol: les toilettes se trouvent dans la salle de bain ce qui n'est pas pratique pour un appartement prévu pour 6 personnes; de plus la porte est coulissante (gênant) et ne ferme pas à clé;

Uitstekend appartement, goede uitvalsbasis om Porto te ontdekken, zowel lopend als per metro of bus

Praktisch, schoon, mooie buurt, 5 min lopen naar metro, lopend door de gezellige winkelstraat Rua da Cedofeita is de loopafstand naar het oude centrum (20 à 30 min) geen enkel probleem, bakker en supermarkt in de buurt, uitstekende uitvalsbasis om Porto te ontdekken.

Gut für einen Städtetrip Porto

Schönes, sauberes, eher nüchternes Appartement mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Gartenplatz haben wir nicht benutzt. Parken am und vor dem Haus teuer, wir haben in einer Straße 5 min. entfernt kostenlos geparkt. Metrostation 5 min., Haus der Musik 15 min., tolles Lokal 10 min.

Très agréable et fonctionnel

L'appartement est très agréable et fonctionnel. Il est bien positionné juste a coté d'une ligne de métro entre le centre ville et les plages! Par ailleurs l'accueil et les services étaient parfaits. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Perfect for what we needed in an apartment for a short city break.

Very clean and comfortable. 25 minute walk down to the river. Taxi back cost about 6 euros which for 4 of us was easier and not a lot dearer than doing the metro. Couldn't fault it.

Modern, bright, good location but bit basic.

Great location to avoid the traffic jams. Very clean and fairly comfortable but basics in the kitchen needed and a washing machine would've been handy. Porto is lovely. We were able to walk and use buses easily and there were restaurants about. A simple base for the city.

A Very Good Deal For The Price

The apartment is not fancy but for this good price you shouldn't expect it to be. However it was very clean and comfortable for our family of six. It is directly across from a school so there are lots of cars at drop off and pick up times but otherwise the neighborhood is quiet. There are small grocery stores and other shops within easy walking distance but most of the main tourist attractions require mass transit or a car or a serious dedication to walking. I would highly recommend this apartment for someone who wants a quiet no frills place to enjoy Porto.

CET APPARTEMENT PEUT ÊTRE ENCORE BIEN MIEUX

Cet appartement, spacieux, est situé dans un quartier calme. Il est peu éloigné du centre historique et vivant de PORTO; La notice rédigée par le propriétaire permet de trouver l'essentiel et tout ce qui peut être nécessaire à des touristes dans un périmètre assez proche. Nous aurions aimé un peu plus de vaisselle et une cafetière en état de marche. Mais nous sommes persuadés que Monsieur Ferreira à su remédier à ces petits inconvénients momentanés. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, sachant qu'une voiture peu éventuellement être logée dans une des deux petites cours intérieures.

Einfach, aber zweckmässig, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Wohnung war einfach, aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es war sauber und hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir empfehlen dieses Apartement gerne weiter.

parfait pour découvrir Porto

Un appartement idéalement situé, très proche du centre-ville, à proximité de nombreux restaurants. Possibilité de se garer à proximité ou même dans la cour. Aménagé de façon très rationnel et moderne, l'appartement est un petit havre de paix (plus particulièrement la terrasse) après les journées de visites de la ville.

Nous avons passé 5 jours, l'information pertinente était dans l'appartement. Très propre et beau jardin pour les repas. Pas trop loin du centre historique et les commodités pour la nourriture très proche (5 minutes à pied)

Schöne Wohnung in Porto !

Schöne, gemütliche, ruhige und voll ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem Patio. Die Beschreibung war richtig und vollständig. Wir waren im Juni 2014 für einige Tage dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Über- und Rückgabe sehr unkompliziert. Die Beschreibung passt genau. Gut sortierte Supermärkte (mit Frischfisch-Theken) einige Gehminuten entfernt. Bis zur Altstadt ca. 20 - 30 Min. Fußweg, allerdings durch die sehr schöne Einkaufsstraße Rua de Cedofeita. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist der Größe nach für einen Kleinwagen geeignet (Golf, Peugeot 308), nicht größer, öffentlicher Parkplatz der Wohnung gegenüber vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen wollen. Vielen Dank an den netten Vermieter !

A MELHOR ESCOLHA

Excelente apartamento, moderno, funcional, claro, confortável, limpo, excelente manutenção de roupas de cama e banho. Exatamente como é descrito no anúncio. Localização privilegiada frente a uma agradável praceta com árvores centenárias. Próximo a bons restaurantes, Shopping Center, mercado, autocarros, metro. Fica perto de tudo. Recomendamos visitar o Mercado Bom Sucesso e a Casa Agrícola com um bom Pub e excelente restaurante e, para quem gosta de caminhar à pé a região é convidativa. A estação do metro de Carolina Michaelis é a mais próxima e muito bem conservada, a mais bonita do Porto... O proprietário e equipe sempre atenciosos sempre estiveram ao nosso dispor. Gostamos tanto que nos hospedamos por 40 dias!!!!! E recomendamos o espaço com toda certeza. Nestor e Maria Aparecida

Excelente escolha!

Ficámos neste apartamento durante cerca de 3 semanas e o balanço não podia ser mais positivo. A realidade é exactamente igual ao que é descrito pelos proprietários e o apartamento é extremamente funcional, bem localizado, bem mobilado, bonito, limpo e confortável. A cozinha, apesar de pequena, serviu perfeitamente as nossas necessidades. Para não falar no pátio interior que é ideal para as refeições no tempo mais quente ou simplesmente para conviver. Além disso tenho que destacar também a disponibilidade do proprietário para aceder aos nossos pedidos extra. Viajámos com um bebé e todas as condições foram criadas para que a nossa estadia fosse a melhor possível. Outro ponto positivo, a a luz do apartamento que foi algo que nos agradou bastante.
