Μια μοναδική ιδιωτική καλλιτεχνική βίλα, πλήρης εξοπλισμός με 3 υπνοδωμάτια, 3 μπάνια ένα τεράστιο σαλόνι, πισίνα με πλακάκια και υπέροχη τεράστια ιδιωτικη αυλη, περιφραγμένη με πέτρινο τοίχο...Ακριβώς δίπλα στη βίλα, υπάρχουν αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις, ποδόσφαιρο , βόλεϊ και μπάσκετ.
Σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχει στάση λεωφορείου σε 2 λεπτά περπάτημα, εστιατόριο σε 3 λεπτά και super market στα 5 λεπτά οδήγησης..
Το πλησιέστερο σπίτι, 50 μέτρα μακριά, στην άλλη πλευρά του μικρού δρόμου που περνά μετά από την είσοδο, ανήκει σε ένα καλό παλιό ζευγάρι Αντώνης και Χρυσάνθη, που είναι πρόθυμοι να σας βοηθήσουν αν θέλετε να τις γνωρίσετε.

Wunderbarer Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie

Die Villa von Andreas und seiner Frau ist genauso schön, wie im Inserat zu lesen. Alles ist liebevoll und sehr gepflegt: die Einrichtung, die Dekoration, das Grundstück. Unser Gastgeber hat uns (5 Erwachsene) persönlich am Hafen begrüßt, ist mit uns zum Haus gefahren und hat uns alles gezeigt. Es liegt im Inselinneren in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Andreas war immer ansprechbar und hat sich sehr freundlich und engagiert um unsere Fragen und Belange gekümmert. Ob Tipps zum Erkunden der Insel, schönen Stränden oder einer empfehlenswerten Mofa- bzw. Bootsvermietung ... Die Kommunikation verlief ganz einfach per Telefon, WhatsApp oder persönlich vor Ort. Die Villa ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und hat unglaublich viel Charme durch die vielen Kunstwerke von Andreas Frau, mit denen es dekoriert ist. Der Pool ist ein Gedicht und das Haus mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die professionellen Fliegenschutztüren und -fenster, die wir sehr zu schätzen wussten! 2 x Woche werden Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt und das Haus gereinigt - ein toller Service, den wir in dieser Form von anderen Ferienhäusern nicht kennen! Besonders sympathisch fanden wir den Begrüßungskorb mit verschiedenen Leckereien, einer Flasche Wein und Bier. Wir sind uns sicher, dass wir wiederkommen werden und bedanken uns bei unserem Gastgeber für einen rundum schönen Urlaub!

Photos don’t do property justice!

Went on a girls trip to artists villa in early June time. Villa was clean- we were met by house keeper with the keys. Photos don’t do this property justice was very clean and spacious. The only thing I would say is that we booked for 7 adults and 6 beds and one blow up mattress was provided- blow up mattress not ideal for an adult staying there for a week! Pool area and outside was lovely! Property was cleaned half way through our one week stay! Recommend getting car/scooter/quad bikes. Also had a great night out at Genesis in gaios port and Eritimis is a breathtaking views!

Beautiful villa on a beautiful island

We booked to stay in Andreas' villa for 5 nights for our honeymoon in Paxos after our previous booking was cancelled by the owner. It turns out this was the best thing that could have happened! The villa is really beautiful- spotlessly clean, incredibly well stocked, very spacious, and luxurious whilst still feeling homely. The pool and outside seating areas are stunning. We really enjoyed coming back from the beach to spend a few hours by the pool under the olive trees in the afternoon sunshine. The villa is about a 20 minute walk (downhill, so coming back up is tougher!) into Gaios and whilst it is doable if you're reasonably fit and mobile, and you can usually manage to get a taxi if needed, it's defiitely advisable to hire a car to get around and explore the island. Andreas was an exceptional host from start to finish, incredibly responsive and helpful. He collected us from the port, arranged our car hire, and gave us a huge list of excellent recommendations for everything from beaches, to bars and restaurants to visit across the island. We explored the whole island, spending time in each of the 3 villages (Gaios, Lakka and Loggos) and also hired a boat to sail around Paxos and visit the incredibly beautiful Anti Paxos- this in particular is an absolute must- hiring your own boat allows you to go at your own pace, docking where you choose, and we enjoyed this way so much more than taking one of the bigger tourist ferries. We would absolutely love to stay here again and fully recommend Andreas as a host!

A truly amazing place to stay!

My wife and i, stayed at Artist's Villa for about a week, last September. We were very surprised with the beauty, style and comfort of this amazing house. Inside everything was super clean and well maintained and outside there was a huge yard with a very stylish swimming pool. Our hosts, Vasia & Andreas, make us feel like home for the very first moment and they were always took care for all our needs. Everything you need, is only a few minutes away, like groceries, taverns and sports facilities. Out vacations at Paxoi was a truly unforgettable experience and Artist's Villa was the main reason for that. Vasia & Andreas, we cant wait to see you again next summer! Thank you for everything!
