Newly redecorated in 2007, in shades of blue. The living room contains a sofa bed for two, a TV, an armchair, a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, electric hob, extractor, a table and four chairs; a shower room with toilet. Upstairs there is a double bed and an armchair. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. There are no private parking, but public parking in the street, or the enclosure of Servigny town hall square. Quick access on foot to the city-close, the beaches of the city center, the GR.

Super séjour ! Françoise a été attentionnée, flexible et sympathique. Certains équipements mériteraient un petit renouvellement (TV, Hotte, canapé, douche), mais ça reste un détail compte tenu de la localisation et de la propreté. :)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und sauber und direkt in der Innenstadt gelegen. Das Meer ist ca. 200 m entfernt. Die Altstadt erreicht man fußläufig in 5 Minuten.

point de vue pas très joli, bruyant avec les mouettes, impossible d'aérer, fenêtre condamnée sans clanche surtout quand il fait chaud!! il manque un tancarville pour le linge.

La fenêtre est en commande (sur-mesure), elle va être changée en septembre 2017 (il y a une 2è fenêtre dans la pièce principale). On va penser au tancarville, merci de votre conseil. Quant aux mouettes, elles font partie du décor !
