This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nigths under a lease agreement other than for permanent residence , in accordance with Law 11/2025 of 29/09/2025, for personal purposes, such as holidays , recreation or leisure, or for work , medical, or educational reasons for your stay in Catalonia, and the reservation may be cancelled if it does not meet the legal requirements.

The property is located in a designated high-demand (strained) market area, and in the event that the reservation is made for work, health, or study purposes, the reference price index will be delaited in the contract, as well as any other existing expenses such as utilities , taxes, services, etc.
