You will have sunshine and the most magnificent unobstructed ocean views from the living room, kitchen, master & guest bedrooms and balcony. This condo sleeps (4) four adults, (the sofa is not a sofa-sleeper). The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed, a bay window sitting area with magnificent ocean views, private full bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with adjoining full bathroom with a tub/shower. Each bathroom comes complete with hand held shower, hair dryer, towels, beach towels and starter toiletries. Both bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen HD TVs, and the living room has a large 50" flat screen HD TV. Free WiFi. The kitchen is well stocked to handle all meal preparation. Also in our condo are new, large front loading washer & dryer, and iron with ironing board. We own this condo and hands on manage all maid service and its maintenance. We chose not to have our condo on the Provident Ocean Point Rental Plan. Our condo will always be immaculately clean and in superior condition upon your arrival. All amenities at Ocean Point are available to all guests who rent our condo. Our large, end unit condo is super quiet, with the only common wall being a thick concrete structural wall, you will never hear, or be heard by your neighbors. No noise from people coming and going from the elevator walking past your bedroom windows, or dumping their trash down the trash shoot. Located on the South end, top of building 4, (our building has an elevator), it is the closest unit to the ocean in the entire complex, while still being only steps away from the pool and marina. Amenities include a completely new huge heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, with pool bar, private sandy beach on the ocean, private cocktail lounge - café, oceanfront deep water marina and the safety of a 24 hour guarded security gate entrance. Lighted tennis courts, oceanfront gazebo and outdoor BBQ grills for you - all situated on 62 lush tropical acres. All photos speak for themselves. Located at mile marker 92.5, you are within two miles of a multitude of restaurant's, watersports, parks and attractions, as well as a Hospital, grocery stores, movie theater and pharmacy. Sorry, but no pets are allowed on any condo on this property.
To all boaters, if you plan on bringing your boat, all fees and rules mentioned are between the on site Marina and you. We don't collect, or make any money on any marina fees. Marina rules state your boat must be 28 feet or less, and you must carry insurance of $300,000.00 / $100,000.00 liability and property damage. The boat must be registered in your name. Marina wet dock space is $3.50 per foot per day, and trailer parking spaces are $40.00 per day.
