A Beautifully Appointed Condo, Professionally Decorated And Extremely Clean!

Fully restored and open from Hurricane Irma!. We received Trip Advisor's 2017 Certificate of Excellence "Best Condo in the Keys" award last year! Its all about being tastefully decorated, on the top floor of the best building with the largest end unit with the most windows - twelve. You will have the most magnificent unobstructed ocean views from the living room, kitchen, master & guest bedrooms and balcony. This condo sleeps (4) four adults, (the sofa is not a sofa-sleeper). The master bedroom has a comfortable King bed, a bay window sitting area with magnificent ocean views, private full bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with adjoining full bathroom with a tub/shower. Each bathroom comes complete with hand held shower, hair dryer, towels, beach towels and starter toiletries. Both bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen HD TVs, and the living room has a large 50" flat screen HD TV. We supply free WiFi , and installed our own modem and router (25mb down, 5mb up), so there is a strong, fast signal throughout the condo . Master Bedroom has a floor mounted safe. The kitchen is well stocked to handle all meal preparation. Also in our condo are new, large front loading washer & dryer, and iron with ironing board. We own this condo and hands on manage all maid service and its maintenance. We chose not to have our condo on the Provident Ocean Point Rental Plan. Our condo will always be immaculately clean and in superior condition upon your arrival. We never rent our condo by the day. All amenities at Ocean Point are available to all guests who rent our condo. Our large end unit condo is super quiet, with the only common wall being a thick concrete structural wall, you will never hear, or be heard by your neighbors. No noise from people coming and going from the elevator, or dumping their trash down the trash shoot. Located on the South end, top of building 4, (our building has an elevator), it is the closest unit to the ocean in the entire complex, while still being only steps away from the pool and marina. Amenities include a completely new, as of March 2016, huge heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, with pool bar, private sandy beach on the ocean, private cocktail lounge - café, oceanfront deep water marina and the safety of a 24 hour guarded security gate entrance. Lighted tennis courts, oceanfront gazebo and outdoor BBQ grills for you - all situated on 62 lush tropical acres. All photos speak for themselves. Located at mile marker 92.5, you are within two miles of a multitude of restaurant's, watersports, parks and attractions, as well as a Hospital, grocery stores, movie theater and pharmacy. Sorry, but no pets are allowed on any condo on this property.

To all boaters, if you plan on bringing your boat, all fees and rules mentioned are between the on site Marina and you. We don't collect, or make any money on any marina fees. Marina rules state your boat must be 28 feet or less, and you must carry insurance of $300,000.00 / $100,000.00 liability and property damage. The boat must be registered in your name. Marina wet dock space is $3.50 per foot per day, and trailer parking spaces are $40.00 per day.

Since we own our condo, we manage all house keeping and maintenance ourselves. We choose for our condo not to be on the Ocean Point Provident Rental Plan. When you book a stay at our condo, you can be assured that the unit will be immaculately clean and in superior condition. We never rent out by the day. Our condo is the largest square footage "end unit" with the most windows, on the highest 4th floor of the building. It is removed from the noise of people coming and going to the elevator, and throwing their garbage down the trash shoot.

The property was great. The pool was nice and we enjoyed ordering drinks and food by the pool. The restaurant at the beach wasn’t open yet But we still enjoyed the covered area with the sofas and chairs .

Perfect Key Largo Area Condo

Great Place! Very Clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are comfy. Good location, close to restaurants and grocery. Nice TV and Wifi. Owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Definitely will stay again!

Amazing place to stay!

Tony's place is far and above any typical rental. The view was amazing from the top floor. Our experience from the welcome letter to contacting us via text on 3 different occasions just to make sure everything was going well is service beyond anything I've experienced in the past. Attention to detail sets this condo apart from the many others I have stayed. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. The grounds are beautiful along with the beach area. We would gladly recommend this condo.

Stunning Unit & Wonderful Owner

My family and I had a lovely weekend getaway at this resort. The resort itself is wonderful! A true Gem in the keys perfectly located between Key Largo and Islamorada! This Owner was wonderful! Always able to be reached to answer any questions we can see that he takes true pride in his place. Everything was clean, neat, and decorated beautifully! The extra natural light from being a corner unit was a great bonus! THE VIEWS!!!!!!!! A breathtaking view of the ocean! Unobstructed view!!!!!! We will 100% rent from this owner again!!!!!

Clean, Neat, and Beautiful!

Beautiful property, very clean, and has a gorgeous view of the ocean.....from ALL ROOMS!!! Our stay was for a little over a week. The unit was ready to go with everything we needed, just had to add food. The king size bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. Linens were provided (thank goodness, we travelled a long way) and even 4 beach towels, which was awesome! The shower in the master bath was huge! The furniture was nice and having all the windows was just heaven. The balcony is small but big enough for 2 people to sit and enjoy the moon over the ocean at night.

The swimming pool was very nice with a walk up bar. The small beach area had a waitress come out and serve us drinks/food while we enjoyed our time out there. It is just a really nice place to stay. You really do not have to leave the property if you do not want to....when you do, there is a lot close by. Overall it was better than expected and well worth the money spent. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to return in the near future. PLUS, Tony was very easy to work with. He was always quick to respond and very accommodating.
