Welcome to my Dewey Beach Paradise!

I’ve been happily renting my condo for nine years, and as a longtime Dewey Beach local, I truly want you to have the best experience possible. I grew up loving beach vacations with family and friends, and I know firsthand how special the memories made here can be.

My golden rule is simple: I treat my guests the way I would want to be treated. I want you to feel comfortable, welcomed, and excited to enjoy everything this wonderful resort area has to offer.

I hope your stay is filled with sunshine, laughter, relaxation, and plenty of memories to take home. And most importantly, I hope I make you smile! 🌊☀️😊

My condo is in the perfect Dewey Beach location! Enjoy spectacular sunsets over the bay from my spacious living room deck, relax on the backyard deck overlooking the garden, or head up to the rooftop deck for stellar views.

The condo has a happy, bright, beachy, and cozy feel. It’s also my home during the winter, so I take great pride in keeping it beautiful, comfortable, and well cared for. I’ve added lots of little extras to help make your stay easy and enjoyable, including 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach cart, and more.

I’m located right on the bay and just one block from the beach, with everything Dewey has to offer right outside your door—award-winning restaurants, great bars, and LIVE music every night!

Want to get out on the water? Directly across the street, behind the Bay Resort Motel, you can rent kayaks and stand-up paddleboards and enjoy the beautiful bay.

A Note About My Guests

Dewey Beach has a Noise Ordinance, and I must follow it in order to maintain my rental license. Because of this, I cannot accommodate noisy, rowdy, or destructive guests. If you’re looking for a place to party, get loud, or be crazy, this probably isn’t the right home for you.

I love hosting families, couples sharing the house, and respectful singles who want to enjoy the beach, relax, have fun, and make great memories.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome at no additional charge! 🐾
No cats, please.
No smoking or drugs.

IMPORTANT: I DO NOT RENT TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FOR SENIOR WEEK OR GRAD WEEK. Please do not ask or have your parents sign the lease for you.
