Villa Isclawa, one of Tom’s Villas, offers breathtaking views over the charming village of Callian. Just a short walk away, you can buy fresh bread or enjoy a meal at local eateries. The villa boasts a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and a second shaded terrace beneath a lush tree. Located less than 8 km from a renowned golf course and 30 km from the white sandy beaches of Cannes, it’s perfectly placed for exploring the area. A large lake with beaches and pedalos is just a 10-minute drive away.

The property features secure private parking and an electric car charging station (depending on compatibility). The private swimming pool can be heated on request and is surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol. There’s also a petanque court beside the villa. Inside, the spacious living room has a luxurious sofa, air conditioning, Netflix, and fibre internet. The elegant kitchen offers stunning village views. Each bedroom has air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and comfortable beds.

For an extra fee, enjoy a day trip on a 9-meter QuickSilver 855 boat from Antibes harbor, weather permitting.

We (6 People) had a wonderfull stay in Villa Isclawa. Even though the house is not the newest, the bedrooms are comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the pool is great. Jean-Pierre 2 (JP2) was a very nice host to us and always did his very best to give us helpful information.

De woning op zich was OK. In de woning was het zeer netjes, met goede bedden en zeer mooi bedlinnen alsook ruim voldoende badlinnen. De zeer goed werkende airco was heel welkom. Het terrein is volledig afgesloten met het pluspunt dat er zeker twee voertuigen binnen de omheining kunnen geplaatst worden. De terrassen buiten en de zetelkussen voor buiten konden properder zijn. Het zwembad was fantastisch waarbij de kleinkinderen en wijzelf er erg van genoten hebben. Het betreft een rustige en toffe ligging met het prachtige Callian in de onmiddellijke omgeving. De verantwoordelijke was super vriendelijk en stond, indien nodig, op elk moment klaar om te helpen.

Ons verblijf was fantastisch!! De ontvangst (incl. verfrissende drankjes) bij aankomst was heel hartelijk en vriendelijk. We voelden ons onmiddellijk welkom door de enthousiaste ontvangst van de eigenaar. De woning en de tuin zijn zeer ruim voor 6 personen. Het zwembad is heel netjes en proper. Het wordt dagelijks nagekeken door de eigenaar.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in wunderschöner Gegend Wir waren Anfang September mit 4 Personen im Haus und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und lässt an Inventar und Annehmlichkeiten keine Wünsche offen. Selbst der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft nicht leer. Höhepunkt ist der große Pool, den wir jeden Tag genutzt haben. Falls es eine Frage zum Haus oder zur Gegend gab war unser aufmerksamer Herbergsvater immer sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Die Region, die keine klassische Touristengegend (obwohl nur 25 Min bis zum Meer) ist, hat uns, insbesondere auch durch die Herzlichkeit der ortsansässigen Menschen sehr berührt und diesem Aufenthalt einen besonderen Stellenwert gegeben. Nochmals Danke an Jean Pierre, wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Tevens zijn de toeristische plaatsen als Frejus, Saint-Rappael en Grasse binnen een half uur te bereiken! Ook via deze weg willen wij de gastvrijheid van de eigenaar (JP) nogmaals onderschrijven!

Nous avons passé début juillet de très bonnes vacances en famille. Les enfants (7 et 11 ans) étaient ravis. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire J.-P, très consciencieux et très sympathique. Il nous a donné de super conseils pour les restaurants, sorties et visites. J.-P prend grand soin de ses locataires !! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié à notre arrivée la mise à disposition du linge de très bonne qualité, les lits faits, le frigo américain (avec glaçons) avec quelques boissons fraîches, les cadeaux pour toute la famille, le grand jardin, la superbe piscine et le calme du quartier. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents. La piscine est très propre et soignée. Le propriétaire entretient quotidiennement la piscine et le jardin et contrôle très régulièrement la qualité de l' eau. Très jolie vue de la cuisine sur Callian, un petit village perché à 15 min à pied de la maison. A Callian nous avons trouvé une très bonne boulangerie et boucherie. Il y a énormément d’activités dans la région pour les enfants (visite de grotte, accrobranche, laser game, chasse au trésor, pédalo et autres activités sur le lac de Saint-Cassien ect…). Nous étions en 30 min à Grasse (visite d' une parfumerie), Fréjus (parachute ascensionnel et chasse au trésor que les enfants ont adoré) ou Cannes. L'endroit est idéal pour se reposer, pour faire des activités très variées et profiter de très bons moments en famille. Un grand merci aux deux J.-P et à Tom.

Zeer goed ontvangen door Jean François. Heel lieve mens, die zijn 'job' als onderhouder met veel plezier en grondig uitvoert. Hoewel het typische Zuid-Franse uitzicht van het huisje aan de buitenkant wat veroudering doet vermoeden, was het huisje vanbinnen zeer modern, mooi ingericht, en voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Moderne apparatuur en airco. Zwembad en tuin was op en top, super gezellig, ook ' s avonds. Dorpjes dichtbij voor bakker, boodschappen. Heel aangename vakantie.

Aankomst was hartelijk, vriendelijke mensen, duidelijke uitleg. Engels is lastig voor ze, gelukkig kan m’n man goed Frans, dus ging prima. Er liggen alvast wat boodschappen klaar, zoals water, fruit, frisdrank, etc., hartstikke fijn!
