Stunning detached villa on the prestigious Carvoeiro Clube with large private pool and every possible convenience required for your stay.
Air-conditioning included in rental cost.
Central heating and Pool Heating (optional for additional charge), daily maid service (except Sundays***), TV/DVD/Hi-fi/CD, large beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, three sitting rooms, very large plot with two gardens and many terraces. Beautiful beaches nearby and just 5 min from Carvoeiro Golf Club with the scenic Gramacho and Pinta courses. Many other great golf courses within driving distance: Penina, Vilamoura, San Lorenzo, Parque de Floresta, to name but a few.

***Our maids will be happy to do your washing/ironing for you (if possible, same day service) during their normal working hours (and time permitting) for no additional cost.

PERFECT FOR A RELAXING/FAMILY/GOLFING HOLIDAY.

ACCOMMODATION: Extremely spacious villa which is traditionally furnished and equipped to a high standard with marble floors throughout. Situated on the prestigious Carvoeiro Clube, the villa is completely secluded. All bedrooms fully furnished with good sized bathrooms and fully equipped. 5 bedrooms are en-suite (1 double/4 twins) & two further twin rooms share one large bathroom in immediate vicinity. Additional shower room/WC. Ample wardrobe and drawer space in all bedrooms. Large open plan sitting room/dining area (table seats 12) is situated on two levels and has patio doors leading to the terraces, pool and gardens with many different options to sit or dine al fresco for everybody. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped (2 ovens, 1 hob, microwave, American style fridge-freezer, 2 dishwashers) and the Utility Room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board/iron (maid's use only). Upstairs there are two additional sitting rooms, one smaller with Hi-Fi & TV and one larger with balcony/sea views. All linen/towels provided (inc. pool towels).

GARDENS & VIEWS: This spectacular villa stands on approx. 1 acre of land, giving complete seclusion to guests. The gardens are laid to lawn with surrounding flower beds/shrubs, the second garden giving privacy from the first, if required. There are numerous terraces to gain the maximum sun or shade, as required, and a wealth of additional seating, sunbeds, tables, parasols, an awning and chairs. Additionally, there is an attractive wall around the pool area which has inbuilt seating. The pool is 6m x 12m and has heating and lighting (there is an additional charge if you wish to have the pool heated) and is covered at night to preserve heat and keep clean for guests. Newly installed electric pool cover.
There is a regular pool service at the villa.
A built-in barbecue for guest use (plus a second separate barbecue) and close by is a small outdoor "kitchen" with fridge/sink/ice machine/cupboards and worktops (no oven).

SEPARATE ANNEX ("THE POOL ROOM"): One of the twin rooms is larger and is in an adjoining annex with en-suite facilities and its own terrace, leading onto pool area. Next door is another Shower Room with WC/Basin, in effect giving a 2 bathroom facility for the annex room.

Perfect for a group of families who prefer the privacy of their own facilities. This room has direct access onto the pool terrace - ideal for those couples with children who want to sunbathe by the pool or relax on the terrace whilst their children sleep in the shade of their room close by.

Family Vacation

My family gathered at Casa Mill Reef to celebrate my 75th birthday. There were 11 of us, three adult couples, 5 children ages 10-17. The Villa was perfect. Lots of bedrooms, lots of space, large pool, large kitchen, and two wonderful housekeepers. Great location. Beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommend for large gatherings.

Serene, Clean, and Great Location to See Algarve Coast

We were a group of 8 and all raved about the villa. Roz is super responsive, professional, and kind. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. The location is great to visit Lagos and Ferragudo and all the must see beaches in the south. The villa is spacious and it was great for all the rooms to have their own bathrooms. All was spotless clean. Kitchen and equipment met all our needs for cooking breakfast before heading out, The pool is fabulous. Will be back.

My Most Excellent Adventure

If you want a fabulous, relaxing, full service, luxurious vacation in a traditional beautiful villa, then this is the place. The house and property met or exceeded all reasonable criteria for excellence, and then there are the bonus extra touches. Such as: Sonia and Irina take care of all the cleaning and any problems and more if you want (or less if you want). They are unobtrusive, friendly, efficient and easy to communicate with. The enormous kitchen is a foodie's delight. We had 14 chefs and did almost all the cooking as teams. The center Island gives everyone a place and a work station...wonderful. The pool can be warmed (for a cost) to 32degrees...even I (known for not getting into a cool pool) spent a lot of time in the water. We always had some of the fruit from the resident trees on the table, on a plate or in a drink. The best high end Market (Apollonia) is very close. If you are a foodie you will be delighted, if not the restaurants and other Markets close by are good too. Even with 14 people or more (we actually had a second house nearby too), we all experienced private moments in one of the many areas of the house and property. Having 2 Grills (one charcoal or wood) was a life saver. Everything worked all the time, and when we had questions, Sonia or Roz took care of business. I certainly feel that my money was well spent.

Great stay in Carvoeiro

Villa was exactly as described. Great pool and plenty of space in the villa. Well equipped with everything you need. Walk into town is about 1.5 miles and walk back is uphill. Overall great property.

Amazing property, close to town and beaches

My family of 14 people stayed here for 1 week and absolutely loved it and couldn’t recommend this property more. From the very beginning Roz was so responsive and helped with any questions or concerns we had prior to our arrival. Once we arrived, Sonia warmly greeted us and helped us with anything we needed through our trip. There was also plenty of space so no one ever felt cramped & a large outdoor area with an incredible pool that we used often. If you are with a big group and looking for a house that is clean, spacious, well kept, and close proximity to beaches/town, this is a great choice. Thank you so much for making our trip very memorable. We hope to be back in the future!

It was one of the best houses I have experienced!

The house is beautiful, comfortable and easy. Irina and Sonia are amazing. Eficiente, charming and capable! They pamper you throughout your stay! There are 3 things I would change. I would definitely recommend a car. The internet is VERY slow, and only works in the living room area! So my husband and I had some work to get it done and it was impossible with the service available! Even our on hotspot through our phones didn’t work. The mattresses and the beddings wore not very comfortable. But not horribly. Just very basic. The grounds are so beautiful. The house is quiet and peaceful! We were here in the winter, we would love to come back in the Summer! But again I would say that from the beginning, with Roz, to the end with Sonia and Irina, this was one of our most enjoyable vacations! Thank you so much for everything!

Great family villa

We had a great time at Mill Reef! The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was a great size for the children to play in. (We chose to pay the extra to heat it and it was well worth it). About a 30 minute walk down into Carvoeiro and was easy to get a taxi back up when needed. Communication from Roz was great from the offset and Irina was a great help at the villa itself. Highly recommend for a large group. Thanks for a great stay.

A very pleasant week at Mill Reef's place.

It is a very pleasant home in a quiet place with all the commodities. Sónia and Irina, the house keepers were very professional and do the cleaning every day. Just two small remarks: some of the sheets are needing to be replaced by new ones, and the curtains of the showers are not very comfortable because they stick to the body, when you are having shower. Although our opinion on the house was very, very positive and we hope to return.

Séjour exceptionnel

Propriété très bien équipée pour un séjour en famille. Piscine bien orientée avec une zone pour les plus petits. La présence de Sonia (housekeeper) pendant notre séjour nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour puisqu'elle s'est occupée de notre linge et de ranger la cuisine. C'est par ailleurs un excellent emplacement pour sillonner l'Algarve! Communication facile avec Roz. Nous garderons de beaux souvenirs en famille!

Amazing Villa

The villa was absolutely perfect! There were 14 adults and we had seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms and a gorgeous outdoor pool! We were all 100% happy with the neighbourhood and the Villa! I would recommend this to any of my friends and family that are travelling to the Algarve region! Very easy to contact the people who were taking care of the Villa. Wonderful villa - 10/10

The Carveiro Crowd

We filled our villa with family and spent many happy hours there. We enjoyed the pool, garden and terrace. The villa was well-equipped with spacious rooms and daily visits from Sonia and Ileana who looked after us so well in a cheerful and friendly manner. The villa is in peaceful surroundings but close to Carveiro town and road links to other Algarve towns.

Mooie villa, voorzien van alle gemakken. Heerlijk zwembad en ligbedjes. Leuke buiten BBQ en de keuken was super v.w.b. inrichting en servies. De zorg van Sonia die ieder dag langs kwam maakte het verblijf voor ons tot een compleet feestje. Een aanrader !!

Girls getaway

This villa is perfect for a large group, the bedrooms are all a good size and well spaced. The best feature is the pool area and terraces. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could need.

Wundervoller Herbsturlaub in Carvoeiro

Wir haben mit 13 Personen 2 Wochen Urlaub an der Algarve gemacht und davon eine Woche in dieser tollen Villa verbracht. Die Villa ist wirklich schöner als man über die Fotos vermutet. Sie ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit sehr guten Betten, alles im Ergeschoss ebenerdig mit en suite Bädern und jeweils direktem Terrassen- / Poolzugang. Der Garten ist komplett uneinsehbar und eingewachsen und man fühlt sich insgesamt sofort zu Hause. Es ist mehr als genug von allem vorhanden, wir waren noch nie in einem so gut ausgestatteten Haus - es sind 2 Geschirrspüler, 2 Backofen, sogar Sandwichtoaster, Saftpresse und locker 100 Teller, Gläser und Tassen vorhanden. Die komplette Buchungsabwicklung über Roz war perfekt, wir waren rundum gut betreut. Das Haus ist nur buchbar mit Sonja, einer Haushälterin. Sonja macht einen tollen Job - sie fällt nicht groß auf und erledigt das Betten machen, Müll rausbringen, Bad putzen, aufräumen. Für uns war es das erste Mal, ein Haus mit Haushälter zu buchen. Wir haben den Service geschätzt, jedoch hätte es uns auch alle 2 Tage oder 1x die Woche gereicht. Die Lage der Villa ist ganz ruhig im Wohngebiet in der Nähe einer Tennisanlage. Man kommt zu Fuß zu der Steilküste für Einkäufe oder einen Besuch nach Carvoeiro ist aber ein Auto notwendig. Wir können das Haus in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit noch einmal wiederkommen.

Fabulous Villa and facilities

We had the most amazing time , we were a group of 10 ladies away for a long weekend. The villa was so spacious and had everything you could want and more. Views were spectacular and most of the rooms opened onto a gorgeous terrace overlooking the wonderful pool. Would not hesitate to recommend and hope to be back one day

Stunning fantastic wonderful property.

We were a family group of 9 adults and 3 very small children. We were all thrilled with the villa which was so lovely and spacious. There was plenty of space for fun and quiet. We were warmly met by Sonia who showed us all and explained everything and then kept the place spotless all through the week. The bedrooms were lovely nearly all with direct access to the pool area. Everyone just loved their holiday. There were well equipped places to eat outdoors as well as indoors. There was a lovely garden to stroll and play in and even exercise in. The pool, which we happily decided to have heated, was just gorgeous. The location was very peaceful. We were so happy to discover a lovely restaurant, the Cozinha Da Avo within walking distance of just 10 minutes. We were able to access the stunning cliff walk nearby (not for children). One suggestion we would make is to have a mattress topper on the beds, as we all found them a bit hard. All in all a lovely stay in a beautiful place.
