Después de un día de explorar este maravilloso condado, regrese a este lujoso establo y relájese en el reconfortante spa privado de natación.

Situados a solo 5 millas del centro de Lincoln, estos cuatro graneros contemporáneos y lujosos de vacaciones se encuentran en una calle tranquila y sin salida, donde los propietarios viven cerca. Cada granero se organiza alrededor de su propio patio interior con un spa privado con capacidad para 10 personas. El spa de natación se puede utilizar como bañera de hidromasaje para relajarse después de un día explorando la zona. Granero de lujo de conversión con plan abierto que vive en la planta baja.

Amplia cocina bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, además de enfriador de bebidas y cafetera. Amplio comedor con capacidad para diez en mesa grande. Suelo radiante de gasoil, calefacción central, electricidad, ropa de cama, toallas, albornoces, wifi y leña para estufa de leña incluida. Cuna de viaje y trona disponibles bajo petición. Paquete de bienvenida. Privado, amplio, jardín de estilo rural con muebles de jardín y barbacoa. Bañera de hidromasaje para 10 (privado). Patio cubierto con muebles de jardín. Pesca gruesa en el sitio (gratis). Parking privado para 7 coches. No Fumar. Nota: hay un lago sin cercar a 550 yardas y dos estanques sin cercar en el terreno.

Great stay

We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay with the family. The owner Natalie was always on the end of the phone if we needed her. We stayed in Field Maple Barn, it was really spacious & it was equipped with everything we needed.

Perfect Staycation

We booked this amazing place for my sisters hen do, she wanted a chilled one and it offered us everything we wanted. There were 9 girls in the party. On arrival, we were directed towards the property. As I opened the door, the beauty of it really blew me away. Everything is done to a very high standard with everything you could possibly need. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and we loved having an en-suite in every room, the kitchen/living area is a very good size and was great for socialising. We got our dancing shoes on, sang numerous karaoke songs and played games. The sound bar and smart TV really helped with this. The hot tub was absolutely amazing and we were in it late into the night. The size of the property and the land mean that it feels exclusive to you. We didn’t venture out as we wanted to enjoy the property and all it had to offer. We ordered a Chinese for one of the nights and it was beautiful. There is a guide book to the property - telling you how to order any takeaway/afternoon tea/pub grub. The hosts provide a hamper on arrival with snacks, drinks (tea/coffee) which is very thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to go back later in the year. I would highly recommend booking.

Fantastic Stay

Absolutely fantastic stay at Field Maple Barn. We stayed as a group of 5, and there was a perfect amount of space for us, and probably plenty more! Hot tub and log burner make for brilliant additions to the property. We had a few days in the local area, with lots to do in Lincoln, a zoo nearby, as well as lots of lovely walks in the surrounding areas. Highly recommend.

From the moment of booking, Natalie was helpful and informative and this continued throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The barn itself was beautiful, so well presented and thought out and the extra little touches such as the welcome pack made our stay. We hope to return soon.

What a fantastic weekend we had, everything was so perfect. The barns them self are out of this world, but the little personal touches were what made it so special. Champagne glasses and a bottle presented on arrival, a homemade cake, robes, slippers etc. The hot tubs were fantastic and the barns had so much space and each so unique. Will definitely be returning. Thanks for a fab stay!!

Luxury Self Catering

We stayed for 4 nights travelling as 3 couples. The barn was beautifully presented and had the wow factor! All of the rooms are decorated to a very high standard and had everything you could think of needing and more for a self catering holiday! Hot tub was well used and we enjoyed our evenings chilling out in it! We’ve been spoilt now and these barns won’t be beaten, so much so we are already looking at coming back!

Absolutely amazing

From the moment we got there to the moment we left it was absolutely amazing .. the worse thing I could say about the place is us having to leave .. Each morning the place was cleaned and the hot tub topped up and clean.. local Chinese was beat food I’ve ever ate , shop and pub in a mile or so of location.. 10/10 and already looking to go back

Wow simply amazing

Wow, wow just amazing, luxury and home comforts at its best, lots of extra welcoming gifts, packages our boys and us just loved every second, you Can stay here and not want to leave ever, we can't wait to come back very soon told all our family and friends about it as everyone saw our photos, the owners are fantastic excellent customer service.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

We stayed in the Maple Field barn for 3 nights and loved every second of it. As soon as we stepped foot in the barn our first words were WOW! The detail in every room is perfect and all rooms are very spacious. On arrival we were welcomed with thoughtful gifts; local cheese, a homemade lemon cake (to die for), essentials in the fridge to keep us going, welcome packs which included lots of information about the area and things to do and children’s welcome packs with toys and games suitable for their ages. The biggest hot tub we’ve ever seen was a lovely way to start and end our day, the children loved it too. In short, we didn’t want to come home! Thank you for a wonderful stay xxx

Jans 70th Girls weekend

Fabulous Barn, everything you needed. Spotlessly clean, lovely beds & furnishings. Swim up Hot tub was well used. Kitchen was fantastic, and lovely touches when we arrived. Lemon cake, Cheeses, Prosecco etc Natalie , Tom & Charlie most welcoming. Highly recommend these lovely Barns.

This lodge is incredible. Beautifully decorated, all high spec, lovely little touches - the owners made us a cake, gave us a bottle. We ran round the house taking photos of the decor! It was a fantastic weekend.

Beautiful barn with amazing hot tub. Every room is beautifully decorated and natalie and Tom have thought of everything to make the stay special. Even down to the little extras such as local cheeses and home made lemon cake.. nothing to much trouble for them.

Paradise

Our greeting on arriving was friendly even though Natalie had a 2 week old baby she put our need first. From entering the barn we was not disappointed it went beyond our expectations, loved all the extras like cheese, homemade cake, wine that was just the luxury there was to much to write about. Love the hot tub made good use of it only left the barn one day as a group we were happy to stay in the barn. Any reviews we write will not be able to do it justice. Will be looking to book again.

Wonderful family break

Field Maple Barn is a wonderful property, luxurious and clean with lots of space. Lots of wonderful personal touches on arrival like the amazing lemon drizzle cake and lovely cheese in the fridge, the kids (all 5 of them) also felt very spoilt with goody bags and lots of toys to keep them amused. The hot tub is amazing and we ended up spending lots of good family time having BBQs and playing in the hot tub. The kids also loved that we could sign in to Netflix and bbc iplayer on the TVs when they (and us) needed some downtime. A wonderful stay and would highly recommend this properly to anyone. Thank you

Far better than expectations - don't you love that!

Booking was easy, communication was great, so flexible and accommodating with everything! Barn was without a doubt the best equipped I have ever been to. The swim spa easily fitted 13 of us in! The decor is beautiful, there was plenty of parking and I would highly recommend.

Fabulous weekend

I loved my time in Ashlin Farm Barns, incredible place. All I would say that would only benefit the barns would be to link all the barns up, we felt cut off from friends in the other barns. Sun loungers and a proper fridge freezer.

Luxury perfect venue for any occasion

We have just returned from a weekend stay at Ashlin Farm Barns (Field Maple) for a friend’s hen party. From the very beginning when enquiring about the accommodation, the booking process and any questions along the way the team were more than helpful and made the process extremely smooth. First impressions of the barn were WOW. The interior is of such a high standard and even better than the photos, the attention to detail is amazing. We were greeted by Natalie who we’d been in contact with since our booking, who went above and beyond to help settle us in for the weekend. Every room was spacious, spotlessly clean and with all the essentials provided including some lovely extras such as robes, slippers and a homemade cake! The highlight of the barn was definitely the swim spa/ hot tub! We couldn’t recommend Ashlin Farm Barns enough and already have done to family and friends, we were very sad to leave it and hope to be back in the future!

My second time staying at Ashlin Farms, absolutely loved it! Tom and Natalie are the best hosts who can’t do enough for the guests. Loved all the little extras, (gift bags for the children, homemade cake, cheeseboard etc) really give a personal welcome. Will definitely be back!!

Lovely, lovely lovely

As a group of ten we've stayed at Ashlin Barns twice before and will be booking again. The barns are beautifully decorated with everything you need and more (the welcome pack was much appreciated!) The swimspa is fantastic for the ten of us, perfect size, perfect temperature and perfectly cleaned every morning. They've thought of everything. And it's only a ten minute drive to Lincoln! We will be booking again.

What a find !

We came here as a whole family of 10, three generations ranging from 69 to 3 months. We could not fault the accommodation .It was spotless . The hot tub , which is huge provided so much fun for all. Goodies provided were magnificent . The children had little bags of pressies which were fantastic .Toys were available along with books . Utensils and crockery etc were plentiful,wanting for nothing . Apart from all that we were treated to The Red Arrows training !! The area is good and the nature trail at the bottom of the lane worth a peaceful walk around . Thankyou it was a lovely holiday ..highly recommended .

A great place for our special family celebration

A great place to stay. It had everything we needed for our long weekend birthday celebration. Three generations of our family very happily spending time together in a house big enough for everyone to find their own space or come together as a group. The extra large swim spa was a particular success. We also enjoyed the local walks, trips in to Lincoln and a surprisingly easy trip to the beach at Mablethorpe. We would all highly recommend. Asylum Barn Farms.
