Welcome to this apartment of 50m2 completely renovated in 2015.
You will appreciate the modernity of this bright, tastefully decorated apartment which gives you access to the historic heart of the city in 7 minutes walk.

A setting of stay in Arras with family or for work will be fully satisfied by the proximity of the TGV station just 4 minutes walk.

THE APARTMENT IS CONSTITUTED:
- An equipped kitchen and a dining area for 4 people
- A living room / stay and opened kitchen of 30 m ², with armchair convertible in bed 1 person
- A room overlooking the garden quiet, with closet and shutters, possibility cot in the room
- A bathroom with large bathtub 2 persons and Italian shower, hair dryer, iron, auxiliary heating, soaps ...
- A separate toilet
- Free and free parking spaces right in front of the building
- The possibility to put your bike in the private garden

EQUIPMENTS:
- Internet connection (Wi-Fi)

- Sofa and coffee table
- Double bed (140x190cm)
- Comfortable extra bed 1 person
- Induction hob, fridge and freezer, microwave oven / grill, toaster, crockery, dishwasher, as well as everything needed to prepare your meals
- Welcome breakfast (coffee, tea, sugar, honey)
- The products of first necessity are available (salt, pepper, oil, bottle of water and condiments ...) and everything necessary for the household (cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, brooms, mop, bucket ...)

A duvet and its cover and the pillows are at your disposal. Provide pillowcases, a flat sheet, a fitted sheet 140x190 and towels.

Option: Bed linen and towels (+ free breakfast offered): 10 € for 1 person, 15 € for 2 persons / stay.

C'était très bien, appartement agréable et bien situé. Gagnerait à proposer un peu plus de vaisselle (avec seulement 2 bols et 4 tasses, on n'a pas utilisé le lave-vaisselle), et aussi une 2e casserole et un épluche-legumes.

Great for a short weekend for a couple

Arras is a great location for a short break (two or three days) being only an hours drive from the channel tunnel. It is a great city with lots of history and plenty of good restaurants. The apartment is well located being a 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the centre on town. There is plenty of free parking is travelling by car. The apartment itself is a perfect size for a couple stopping for a few days. It is modern and well equipped and very well kept. There is everything you need for a short stay. I would definitely recommend Arras and the apartment.
