Just 3 km from Pula, rent a semi-detached house with a large garden and outdoor areas.

1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk bed and 1 with a queen bed, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, 2 loggias and parking spaces.

In a quiet and peaceful location, equipped with a loggia equipped for outdoor dining, barbecue, outdoor shower (hot water), washing machine and TV.

A cradle and a high chair for the younger children can be made available on request. The bedroom windows have mosquito nets. The garden is closed to the outside and allows children to play in peace.

The beach of Porto Columbu - Perd'e Sali, one km from the house, consists of pebbles and sand. The water is clear and the shallow and sandy bottom allows easy entry into the water of children.
The most beautiful beaches of south-western Sardinia (Nora, Santa Margherita, Chia, Capo Spartivento, Tuerredda etc.) are easily reachable in about half an hour by road, or a little more. Continuing we arrive at Porto Pino, with the wonderful sand dunes.

About 1 km from the villa the marina "Marina di Perd'e Sali" equipped for pleasure boating, provides tourists with the rental of boats of different sizes, fishing trips, various sports such as snorkeling, diving, canoeing etc.

Other sports (horse riding, mountain biking, 5-a-side football, tennis, golf) can be practiced in the surrounding area.

At 3 km the BLUFAN Water Park guarantees a fun day. And at the 40th km you will find the ADVENTURE PARK strings, tibetan bridges, cables, nets and walkways, will allow you to move from one tree to another in complete safety.

As for the catering, the choice is vast, starting from the pizzeria / restaurant La Boom at the marina, at the Tropical Garden in Villa San Pietro.
From Giancarlo, S'Incontru, Zia Leonora, Su Furriadroxu to Pula .... and many others. All ensure a 'good choice of typical dishes of meat and / or fish as well as excellent and tasty pizzas.

Do not miss the important archaeological area of ​​Nora ... imagine a city re-emerged from the past, with its columns and temples, houses and baths and a stone theater suspended between sky and sea: with its secrets still buried at the bottom of the sea, it is the ideal setting for the La Notte dei Poeti Festival from 13 to 29 July.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist se6sau er und liebevoll ausgestattet. Die Außendusche war Highlight und die Wartezeit bei 5 Personen reduziert. Bei +36 ging auch ohne Klima. Mit der Besitzerin nett kommuniziert. Danke

If you like old houses this is a good place to go. The house is very unique and it reminded us of our grandparents house. The house is not very good maintained. Everything in the house is old and basic except for the laundry machine. The house is also a bit far from the city/village of Sarroch/out lying, which gave us a bit of an unsave feeling. Other houses have dogs to gard the property but this house doesn’t. During the last night we have heard a person walking around the house (very scary). The neighbours were playing multiple times during the week loud music. In summarry, a basic house like this wasn’t a good match for us.

Grande Barbara.

Grande Barbara, hai proprio una bella casa. Accogliente e spaziosa con una sensazione di tranquillità che trasmette armonia. Buon punto di partenza per gite nei dintorni alla ricerca di spiagge magiche. Il mare vicino a casa non è il top, ma è comunque un buon appoggio per un tuffo prima di partire per altre mete.

Grosszügiges Haus mit Umschwung

Das grosszügige Haus mit viel gepflegtem Umschwung und der Nähe zu Pula bietet auch grossen Familien und Gruppen eine angenehme Unterkunft. Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin, Barbara, meldete sich bei Anfragen immer sehr schnell und war äusserst unkompliziert. Auch vor Ort war sie für uns da und hat uns mit allen nötigen Infos versorgt.

Bella casa con grandi spazi comuni e giardino.

Ideale sia per famiglia con bimbi sia per gruppo di amici, La soluzione migliore per chi vuole rilassarsi lontano dal caos ma a due passi dal mare, vicinissima all località di Pula e alle bellissime spiaggie di Chia. Voto 10 al giardino e alle piante di limone 🍋 non solo decorative.

consigliatissimo!

La villetta è situata a Perd'e sali e con grande stupore della mia famiglia abbiamo scoperto, vicinissimo alla casa, il porticciolo e tutta la zona circostante ben servita da pizzeria, bar e giochi per i bambini. Abbiamo potuto fare delle escursioni col gommone nelle bellissime spiagge della costa. La villetta consta di due piani e l'appartamento, essendo al piano terra, risulta essere sempre abbastanza fresco e più agevole. Le stanze sono ampie e bagno e cucina confortevoli. Bella la doccia all'esterno che, tornando dal mare, ci ha risolto non pochi problemi. La notte siamo andati spesso a Pula e Sarroch che sono carinissime e offrono moltissimo. Il giardino avrebbe bisogno di un po più di manutenzione. L’ubicazione della case è ideale per rilassarsi. Nel complesso davvero un bel soggiorno...consigliatissimo! Grazie a Barbara, sempre carina e disponibile.

Verde e relax a due passi dal mare

Abbiamo voluto provare una vacanza diversa dal solito albergo e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ideale per piccoli nuclei familiari con bambini, questa casa a vicino a Pula coniuga al meglio tutte le esigenze della vacanza in autonomia ma senza dover pensare a troppe cose: la vicinanza al mare (ad 1 Km le spiaggie di Perd'è Sali e Porto Columbue a circa quindici minuti di macchina le splendide Chia eTuarredda ) , il relax nel verde del giardino profumato di zagare dove i bambini si sono sbizzarriti nei giochi più gioiosi. Pulita e spaziosa abbiamo abbinato delle giornate in casa - giardino e dintorni, con pranzo nel barbecue a disposizione della casa, ad escursioni più lunghe, scoprendo una natura strepitosa, il mare bellissimo e il sito archeologico di Nora, affascinante con i colori della Primavera. Piacevolissimi i rientri a casa, con un po' di jazz di sottofondo, docce e aperitivi con le leccornie per sentirci pienamente in vacanza. L'unico dispiacere l'acqua del mare ancora troppo fredda per il bagno; che dire? Non vediamo l'ora di tornare a Fine Giugno. Consigliato con cinque stelle. Daniela , Daniele, Claudia , Carlo e i nostri piccoli che hanno tappezzato di foto le loro camerette.

Come stare a casa

Abbiamo deciso do fare un capodanno all insegna della tranquillità con i bambini e mia sorella e mio cognato. Non potevamo scegliere meglio. La casa è perfette perche il giardino è grande e i bimbi hanno giocato in serenità e noi adulti ci siamo potuti godere la tranquillità e silenzio della casa. La villetta è inoltre vicinissima a PUla e al mare...per cui non è mancatonil divertimento. Ottima l accoglienza di barbara e wylli i due simpatici padroni di casa che con la loro affabile accoglienza hanno reso la permanenza ancora più allegra... che dire... ci vediamo in estate

Un capodanno speciale

Un oasi di tranquillità e natura a due passi dal mare e a pochi minuti di macchina da località dalla bellezza incontaminata. La casa è situata in un piccolo borgo dotato comunque di tutti i servizi essenziali e a solo tre km dalla cittadina di Pula che offre molta varietà di ristoranti anche di eccellenza e numerose botteghe artigiane. La casa è ben attrezzata anche per i mesi invernali, sebbene qui il clima sia talmente eccezionale da consentire attività all'aperto e l'uso quotidiano dell'accogliente patio per il pranzo. La cortesia e la calorosa accoglienza della proprietaria hanno contribuito alla riuscita della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo.
