Hilton Head is famous for its wide stretching beaches, and the oceanfront is just a short leisurely stroll down the boardwalk from our villa. Along the way you will encounter abundant sea-marsh wildlife from turtles to egrets. If you prefer a quicker route, just hop aboard the beach shuttle which has regular seasonal runs throughout the day. At the end of the boardwalk, you'll find Coco's--a wonderful, island-themed beach bar and grill.
Hilton Head Resort offers three adult sized pools (two outdoor, one indoor), one child's pool, a gift shop, poolside restaurant and deli, beach front grill and bar, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, indoor walking track, free WiFi in building three / WiFi in building one - daily or weekly charge, bike rental, six lighted tennis courts, beach volleyball court, horseshoes, beach front restrooms, and a gated and guarded complex with 24/7 security. Abundant golfing is in either direction when leaving the resort grounds.
The complex is also within walking distance to the Shelter Cove Towne Center A Waterfront shopping center overlooking broad creek. This is the newest and hottest tourist spot on Hilton Head Island. It has tons of new restaurants, two new grocery stores (a huge Kroger and a Whole Foods), all kinds of shopping, a marina, a park, seasonal festivals, and the firework show every Tuesday during the summer.

Clean but uncomfortable mattress
We were very excited to see that the condo was clean & had plenty of fluffy towels. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. All appliances worked very well & showers were fine with good water pressure. On our way down the property manager called us to make us aware that the cleaning crew had to remove some of the bedding & would return it the next day. This made me nervous that we would not have enough blankets, so we were very pleased to see that all the beds appeared to have full bedding, blankets included.
However, when we tried sleeping my husband & I both noticed that the master bed felt like box springs. We could feel springs coming through the bed. After the second night of very uncomfortable sleep I called the property manager and left a voicemail asking whether the cleaning crew had actually removed a mattress pad instead of blankets because our bed was so difficult to sleep in.
The cleaning crew never brought anything additional for our beds during our stay. Additionally the property manager never returned my call & we ended up staying at a hotel for the remainder of our trip.
My family and I stayed here for my sons graduation and we really enjoyed your place Tony. It was clean roomy actually way more room than I thought. And very enjoyable. Tony I thought handled the Irma situation with us well. And I look forward to hopefully coming back again. Thank you. It was well stocked and we seemed to have everything we needed.
Clean and nice, just as we were expecting. Wish the weather had been better and our stay longer.
Great unit, friendly staff and good deal. We will be back!
Perfect for our family. . .
This property was well-maintained. We've stayed in other places before where the bath towels they provide are tiny, but not so here! There were plenty of nice towels on hand (thick and larger in size) for showering/bathing. Bring your own beach towels. The kitchen is well-stocked & ready for use. We had six people in this condo (two adults, three teens, and one pre-teen) & it felt cozy, but not overly cramped. The kids had plenty to do between the beach and all of the other amenities offered at the Hilton Head Resort. We discovered a second outdoor pool on our next-to-last evening there & we swam in the indoor pool every evening before heading to bed. The resort is an older resort & shows a little "age," but the staff there was wonderful and very accommodating! The golf carts were wonderful for being able to get to/from the beach when it was really hot or when we were exhausted, but we really enjoyed the boardwalk as well and looking for wildlife. My youngest has deemed the burgers from the restaurant on-site as the "best burger EVER!" We definitely plan to return to the Hilton Head area and will be hoping this unit is available for us to stay in again.
Nice location and layout
Condo has been updated but a few things left undone like peeling paint in bathtub loose toilet seat and toilet paper holder coming out of wall all minor inconveniences loved the location close to both indoor pool and outdoor pool. Two doors down from elevator with access to laundry facilities in the bldg.kitchen and living room is as pictured very nice . Like the guest bedroom set up with a full bed and bunk bed . There is also a sofa sleeper in living room but we didn't use. We were happy to be able to watch fireworks from boardwalk instead of driving in traffic. We have stayed in this older resort for several years at a friend's condo which she sold hence the need to find another. It's more family friendly than some of the others and the shuttle to private beach area is great for someone a little older like me. I will rent this one again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
