The apartment has double-glass windows in order to soundproof it and moreover in all the apartments we have noise sensor which inform us in case that any apartment is over the limit permitted. Regarding the cups, plates etc, we have 12 of each product, and in case you need more you can requeted in the office. We hope to see you back and offer you a better service! Nous avons des détecteurs de bruit dans tous les appartements et nous avertissons tous les clients lorsqu'ils dépassent le niveau autorisé par la loi. Cela ne s'est pas produit pendant votre séjour. Le niveau de bruit était toujours dans les limites autorisées par la municipalité. Cependant, nous regrettons que le bruit des enfants et des couples qui s'aiment ait perturbé votre repos. Si nous avions été conscients de cela, nous aurions pu faire quelque chose. D'autre part, l'odeur des canalisations est un problème dont souffrent plusieurs immeubles du quartier. Regarding the rooftop it is mentioned in our listing that there is shared for all the guest, and in the building we have an elevator with capacity for 3 people.
