Welcome to this 170 m2 catalan family apartment, located on Rambla de Catalunya. This bright and original apartment is the ideal place to stay for big FAMILIES, or BUSINESS delegations due to its excellent location and comfort. THE SPACE:Located on Rambla Catalunya, this apartment is ideal for large families due to its distribution and capacity. Its location is really convenient, with a metro and train entrance a few meters away, as well as bus stops nearby.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 14 people distributed in 5 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed

Bedroom 2: 1 Double bed with AC

Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk bed

Bedroom 4: 1 Double bed

Bedroom 5: 1 Double bed (with private bathroom) and AC

2 Sofa bed (double)

All the bedrooms have storage space.

There is AC in 2 of the double bedrooms and one in each living room.

3 Full bathrooms with WC and showerLIVING ROOM & KITCHEN:A feature of this apartment is that it has 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 washing machines, 2 dryers and a dishwasher. It also has 2 living areas, one on each side of the apartment.

Great stay in an amazing location

The location was the best there is, it’s close to shopping, restaurants and the metro. We loved our stay and would book again in a heartbeat.

Good accommodations for our large (8) group of varying ages. Great central location. Generally very responsive but when we ran out of some basics, they told us “we only provide starter kit.” Not a big problem but a little inconvenient. Would highly recommend for anyone with our set of needs - room - not so fancy that you worry about kids.

The apartment was brilliant and in a perfect location with only a short walk to all the best sights and spots — we even walked to the beach! When I return to Barcelona I will definitely be booking this apartment again.

Incredible location, spacious and great for our group

This location is top notch. Next to the metro, food and sites nearby and plenty of running routes and exploration to be had nearby. The units were great. Two kitchens, two washers, ample bathrooms and space. We loved it! Note that a couple of the bedrooms don't have air conditioners or windows to the outside, but we managed with some air movement strategies and fans. Highly recommend!

Just returned home from our trip in Barcelona. This place was wonderful, it was exactly as described. The apartment was right on the Rambla, but very quiet, near cafes, shops and restaurants. The metro is right around the corner. This location is actually perfect! H2O were very quick with responses and no issues arose while we were there. Loved our stay in Barcelona and would definitely plan a return trip.

Wonderful stay!

Spacious apartment with lovely views from the balcony! Our three family parties included young children, a teenager, adults, and grandma. It was a relatively quiet neighborhood with fantastic restaurants close by. Also central subway lines were just around the corner. We loved having easy access to the center of town, and then coming back to a restful home. The apartment also had good sound insulation, and our large party appreciated the two living spaces. Beds were comfortable too. We had a fantastic time!

This is a charming old building with a long and narrow layout...with LOTS of space, and updated kitchens (2!) and bathrooms. Air conditioning works (key during our heat-wave visit) and the location is close to bus, Metro, train, and tourist bus stops. It worked beautifully with lots of space for our group that spanned ages from 12-77. Our stay was excellent, check-in was easy (in spite of our flight delay), and our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer in Barcelona and this apartment.

Overall a very good stay.

We enjoyed our 6 days at the property. The apartment was very clean (although it might be time to replace the floors). Our only real complaint was that the next door neighbors liked to watch tv loudly very late into the night. A very small suggestion would be that there needs to be more hooks in the bedrooms/bathrooms for hanging up bath towels. The location was fantastic! We were very close to mass transit which made getting around town a breeze. And there were many good restaurants within short walking distance. We had 13 people in our group, but I would recommend the property for only 10 people maximum. The room with the sofa bed was more like a hallway to one of the bedrooms which was a bit disruptive for those sleeping there. Overall, it was a good home base for our vacation to Barcelona, and would recommend it to other groups (of 10 or fewer).

The flat is very large (it’s two put together) so if you have a large group or small, you won’t be on top of each other. We didn’t even use all of the bedrooms and only one of the kitchens (there are two) but even if we had, it’s great for a larger group of friends and family. The location is truly incredible - it’s a block away from La Pedrera and shopping - and about a 20 minute walk from most other major sites (e.g. Sagrada Familia). The agency always answered any questions very quickly. They even arranged a taxi for our two groups of travelers who left at different times. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Barcelona! Thank you again!!!

Amazing Location

This location was really great for my family trip - the building felt historic and had a home like feel to it. It is very picturesque and has so much charm. Of course when there was rain and a lot of wind there was a bit of a draft but nothing too major. The location was perfect and very central to everything. There was some noise outside from party goers that one of my family members could hear before she slept a bit late into the next from the front closest to the balcony/windows so just plan accordingly. The host had some intermittent responsiveness. Some things took quite some time to get a response to while some other things got responses to right away. We had a small ant issue in one of the living rooms and they brought us bug spray for it in about 2 days.
