Recently built on the sea in front of the town of Nidri, in Geni, quiet and elegant. Arranged on the first floor. The furniture is taken care of in the Italian way with every comfort; bedroom with wardrobe, shoe rack and access to the terrace on the sea. Living room with kitchenette and fridge, large table and sofa ready-bed. Bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, bidet (very rare in Greece ...) and washing machine! Large balconies on the sea and on the back. Excellent air conditioning and an impressive panorama. Beach property with mooring boats and parking space.

L’appartamento è carinissimo, super funzionale e perfetto per 4 persone, con un balcone con la vista sul porto interno dell’isola per delle cene mozzafiato. Un soggiorno fantastico

La proprietà è gestita dal signor Pasquale. Molto gentile con gli ospiti: ci ha anche fornito una lista di posti per andare a mangiare pesce e piatti tipici recensiti personalmente da lui. L'appartamento risponde perfettamente alla descrizione e alle foto. E' piccolo ma molto accogliente e ben fornito di tutti gli accessori di una casa: lavatrice, asciugacapelli, wifi. Perfino il bidet che in Grecia è più unico che raro. La cucina ha il piano cottura a induzione. Il pezzo forte è la terrazza che dà sul canale di ingresso alla baia di Genì: il panorama è stupendo e rilassante: si vedono passare le barche a vela che vanno ad ancorare nella baia per passare la notte. Noi siamo stati molto bene. Consigliatissimo.

Il vero sapore della Grecia

Tutte le mie aspettative sono state soddisfatte. Ho trovato l'appartamento accogliente, pulito, funzionale, e con magnifica vista. Inoltre, la posizione garantisce il massimo relax e la possibilità di raggiungere in breve tempo tutte le spiagge dell'isola. Insomma, tutto assolutamente perfetto, compresa la gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietà.
