The complex offers a gated pool area with sunloungers, gym and restrooms and has private parking in the basement. The topfloor penthouse apartment is accessible by lift.
Lay-out: Entrance on the 2nd (top) floor into hall with on the left a new, fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast-bar separates the kitchen from the bright and spacious living room with comfortable sofas and TV-set with full channels.
