Located 15 min walk from the beach.

In the middle of a magnificent 2ha park where children can play in peace on the lawn maintained each week.

Non smokers.

Super relaxing place.

The residence employs a full-time concierge.

The studio is composed:
- a living room / stay open on an equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, oven, ...) with access by a bay window on the terrace.
- Living room with a convertible sofa (140 X 190 cms) for two people and a 32 inch flat screen TV (TNT)
- a sleeping area with bunk beds (90 X 190 cms) separated by a door
- a bathroom with bath / shower
- a toilet (separate)
- a corridor, with storage cupboard, separating living room and bedroom (practical for privacy with children)
- south-facing terrace with chairs, table and parasol. Superb view of hole # 1 of the golf des pins. To have !

The residence includes
- a private lawn reserved for the residence, ideal for games for young children while keeping a view of them
- private parking for the residence
- a common space
- bicycle storage room closed at night

The delivery of the keys, the inventory of entry and exit are established by the owner (or his representative) with the tenant

Rentals from April to September are all inclusive (water, electricity, taxes), for other periods heating (Electricity) is extra.

Studio nickel. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires, qui sont toujours là pour répondre à vos questions si vous en avez. A l'arrivée ils nous avaient laissé un petit cadeau de bienvenue, ce qui fait toujours plaisir. Endroit très calme. Avec balcon ensoleillé. Tout est à disposition pour passer une super semaine. Pas très loin de l'Aqualud au Touquet et de Nausicaa à Boulogne.

La location est très bien située, entre nature, plage et commerces. Calme et agréable, le logement est très bien entretenu et fonctionnel à 2 ou en famille. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et prévenants.

Très bon Accueil par les propriétaires qui avaient préparé un petit cadeau de bienvenue. J’étais Paccompagnée de deux de mes petits-enfants qui ont apprécié d’avoir des jeux dans la location. Appartement situé au milieu des arbres avec espace pour les enfants . Petit bémol la banquette lit un peu légère pour un séjour prolongé. Sinon propreté impeccable et tout le nécessaire pour les repas et le nettoyage . Je n’hèsiterai pas à conseiller cette location à des amis

très bon séjour

Accueil sympathique par un couple très gentil. Une agréable surprise nous attendait à notre arrivée ( vous verrez). L'appartement est équipé comme il faut et très calme car orienté du coté parc de la résidence. Il y a des jeux et livres pour les enfants Le centre ville et la plage sont à moins de 2 mins en voiture ou 1.5kms pour les sportifs. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande ce logement.
