Cycladic house facing the most beautiful sunset of Amorgos

Our house was built in 2012 for the holidays of our family: we dreamed it, then built with great care because we love this island or are our roots.

Located 200 meters above sea level, it is one of the last houses in Lagada, the largest and most picturesque village in Amorgos, with breathtaking views of Aigiali Bay, and the islands of Kero, Nikouria and Naxos, and an extraordinary sunset on the Aegean Sea.
Its situation is the most quoted in the bay of Aigiali, combining at the same time the impregnable view, the calm, the proximity of the nature and the services of a pretty village: at 200 meters are a food store and the taverns and cafes of the village.

It is a place of choice for hikers since all nearby start many hiking trails leading into nature and other villages.
The sea is 3 km away, and the car park to leave the car at 150m.

It is an ideal home for a family with children and can comfortably accommodate 8 people.
With a total surface of 120 m2, it is built on 4 levels, has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace, and a garden.

At the first level which has an exit on the garden, is the kitchen, the living room-dining room, a large room with a double bed and a semi double (1,20m), a bathroom with shower, and a service room with washing machine, second fridge, and a storage space.

At the second level is the main entrance of the house and a comfortable living room.
On the third level is the large terrace of the house and a room with two beds, a semi-double (1.20m) and a single bed.
On the fourth level is the third bedroom with double bed, independent bathroom with shower, and independent terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Sheets and towels are provided for all rooms.
The windows and windows of the rooms are equipped with mosquito nets.

In the price is included the complete cleaning of the house at your departure, as well as cleaning once a week for stays of more than 10 days.
